Heres what Riath Hamed (Princes bro) said "Chris tried taking Naz away from Brendan (Ingle) before Naz turned pro and came very very close to signing with Chris, Chris was at the gym to spar with Bomber (Herol Graham) and he and Naz hit it off and Naz went to his wedding. Karron (Eubs wife) agreed to let Naz into their home and everything. Chris was going to be Naz trainer, manager, promoter and he would fight on all of Chris undercards until Chris retires and then Naz is the main event. Chris said they would go places together and have great times. You see this is the greed of Chris Eubank he just wanted to use Naz as a money machine, all he is into in his life is money thats all that matters. He (Eubs) said that he would publicly state that Naz could become even better than he was going to become. Just imagine if he would of gone with Chris, what did Chris end up doing? Chris didnt end up going anywhere or do anything. Look where Naz is now"
That was before the Hamed family fell out with Brendan Riath said that
And Also do you believe its true that Eubs copied Naz moves? heres what Riath said "Naz was something like 16 (yo) , Chris was at the gym sparring Bomber and he came across Naz practicing his vault over the top rope into the ring and oh guess what at Chris next fight he uses that vault over the rope that he stole from Naz"

who cares he was only doing what Oscar De La Hoya is doing now. This has been happening for ages. Charlie Burley for one this happend to
Just to let you know.
Hamed wasnt in his prime when he fought MAB. When he was knockin MF's out in 1 thats when he was at his prime. Basically when he was with Brendan Ingle.
how old was Hamed when he fought Barrera???!!! He's probably 31 yr olds now, that would mean he was 27 yr old. If you mean to tell me that he wasn't at least prime then you mest be lacking of sleep. Morales is at 28 yr old now closing in to 29 and I would doubt anybody sayin that he's outa his prime RIGHT NOW. And if ma recollection is correct, Morales was older than Hamed back in 2001 in terms of ring experience having fought mo times than Hamed in MORE brutal wars!
Losing don't mean you're outa prime. Pacman jest lost to Morales and yet he said he is at ta prime of his carreer at age 27 right now.
So lemme guess...............Pacman, Barrera, Morales were all at their primes when they started out sportin records of KOs in round 1s, in round 2, in round 1s, in round 1s EARLY IN THEIR CARREER. Nyahahahahahahaha. Not really. That aint how it goes.
side note: Anotha :PWNAGE in ta book! Take it eazy brahs, and keep watchin boxing.
Did you see Chris on Boxing Classics tonight by the way dude? He looked fucking good didn't he :) There was like a Who's Who of boxing there.. I mean there was Jimmy Tibbs and Freddie Roach working in Stretch's corner, Ronnie Davies and Brendan Ingle were working in Eubank's corner, and then there was Michael Nunn, Michael Watson, Mike McCallum, Herol Graham, Steve Collins and Julian Jackson all in attendance checking out Eubank strutting his stuff. Amazing scenes, like a fucking Who's Who of boxing.
Well i know at least one thing in there is bullshit.
After he fucked up the vault over the ropes that wasnt the last time he used that move to enter the ring....
I've just watched his 10th pro fight on tape, he didn't use Eubank's vault over the top rope for that fight he used the somersault and it seemed as if he had been using that somersault for a while. And you'll notice I said that he only used Eubank's vault in his first 5-10 fights.
So what are you talking about?
'J !' doesn't know shit.
Anyway, yeah Naz and Eubank had a much-publicised spat at Heathrow Airport at Christmas 1997. Eubank was telling reporters that Naz copied his moves and reminded people that when Naz tried doing the Eubank leap over the ropes one time (he used it for his first 5-10 fights) he tripped and fell, and then that was the last time he used that leap and soon had changed it to a somersault. Naz was waving his WBO world title in front of Eubank's face and reminding him that Eubank was now fighting on HIS undercard (it used to be Naz fighting on Eubank's undercard) and that Eubank was no longer champion. Eubank flipped, and threw Naz's WBO world title across the floor of the airport, then Naz started jumping about trying to punch Eubank but Eubank dodged a haymaker then grabbed Naz's wrist and wouldn't let go. They had to be split apart. Afterwards, Eubank was sitting down on a bench crying.

Lol who knows what would of happened had he gone with that lunatic Mr Eubank when he was a kid, probably both would of wanted the limelight in the end and split. Naseems biggest everr mistake though was splitting with Ingle.
Chris banks on Naz to say sorry
CHRIS EUBANK is demanding a public apology from Naseem Hamed for branding him a copycat.
British boxing's two most charismatic characters share top billing at Manchester's Nynex Arena on April 18. And Eubank has re-opened the feud which has already landed them in hot water with their governing body.
"One day I was watching TV when Naz said 'good luck to Chris Eubank, he's stolen all my moves.' I couldn't believe it. In the 50 fights I've had, I've jumped over the rope every time and never tripped.
"The man's called me a fraud and you just don't do that. You don't attack another fighter, especially when he's not even in your own weight class. Naz has apologised in private, but that's not good enough. He must apologise to all the people who saw that interview."
Eubank and Hamed, who defends his WBO featherweight title on the Manchester bill against Puerto Rico's Wilfredo Vazquez, were rebuked by the British Boxing Board of Control for a (
dust-up at Heathrow Airport after they both fought in Sheffield last October.
Now Eubank, in retreat in Cornwall as he prepares to challenge fellow Brit Carl Thompson for the WBO cruiserweight crown, has come out of hiding to admit Hamed's verbals get under his skin.
"He has talked about my nostrils being too big, that I am ugly and copy his moves. It's childish.
"Does it bother me? Yes. It's not nice, especially as I like the kid and have guided him. Naz used to call me up. He came to my wedding uninvited, but it was nice to have him there. He was such a nice kid and still is, as long as the camera's aren't on him."

But they kissed and made up..

I'm surprised by all this because I was under the impression that Eubank and Hamed had a dust up, and that one twatted the other ( I believe that Eubank twatted Naz). I think the guy to ask would be J!, he seems to have the inside track on all things British boxing related.

Naz did say that he'd prove why he was the best Muslim or something meaning a Muslim would beat a Catholic and prove that his religion was better. He said that on the Saturday before Easter, which was the day he fought and lost to Barrera. Heh, why'd he have to go saying that?
And yeah, it sucks that he hasn't fought a meaningful fight since then. One loss and he lost his desire.
Barrera forever popped Hamed's balloon.
no hamed just said he was going to KO barrera for all the muslims across the world. he might have said something about barrera being catholic although i dont remember. anyway there was some strange weird shit that went on that night. first off hamed doesnt flip over the rope for the first time in his career, and then he really messes up and says the thing about Muhammed the very day before easter, and that pretty much sealed it up. anyway he should have come back i would have loved to have seen him come back and beat all these guys. i mean look at all the fighters he could of fought. pacman, morales, MAB, tapia, marquez, guzman, etc...

Lol
Eazy!
Prime Hamed couldn't beat Barrera.
Non prime Pac TKOed Barrera.
Pacman would smother Hamed into smitherins NOW that Pac is in his prime.
Just to let you know.

Its true that Hamed used to vault over the top rope exactly the same as how Eubank did it, but then he changed it around 93-94 to a front flip over the top rope
