I don't agree... In boxing, the more punishment you take, the more it takes out of you...look at Hopkins, he's 40 years old... but he's still in good shape... I dont agree with you, every one here knows that Morales, barrera, pac, and JMM, have been in some sirious wars and look at them they are still in there prime so dont say punishment cause this guys know what its like to get punished, they have all been hurt some never been knock out but most defenetly have been for sure hurt. chavez was a much more accurate puncher than duran. duran had the speed but he came in with to many wide hooks, a lot like hatton chavez had a good defense and would have gone down the middle against duran for an all out war but a decision win for julio. i dont think hes overrated at all though. i mean im not saying hes the greatest fighter ever but hes definitely one of the best. yes the fights with taylor and whitaker were bs but he destroyed taylor in the rematch to where taylor was still only 28 so dont give me this crap about how he was past his prime. he also made camacho run like the fag he is just like he did against tito. just beat ivan robinson at 42 years old something gatti couldnt do. obviously i could go on and on. I thought he was going to be on the Barrera-Peden undercard. Do you know what network he is fighting on?
