My thoughts on the Morales-Pacquiao rematch

first of all im new to this site. ive noticed theres alot of talk about this fight, especially that pacquiao will knock out morales, but i strongly disagree. im not taking anything from pacquiao or morales, im just voicing my opinion.ok heres my breakdown of this fight: Morales: Pacquiao: great boxing skills not enough boxing skills iron chin good chin more experience,especially moderate experience against better opposition 1 dimensional many dimensions experience from 1st fight same here better connect % something to work on then theres the gloves, reyes-pacquiao, and if morales chooses reyes its bad for paquiao. in the first fight, 4th rnd pacquiao went back to his coner with a purple eye, this comming from winning gloves.but i think his gloves will be his downfall, this sport is about 85% mental and 15% physical, paquiao confidence will be shattered when he realizes that his best weapon isnt working as he thought he would. hopefully there arent any headbuts, pacquiao will have no excuses through the middle rnds and then its only a matter of time before morales capitalizes. pacquiao will not try to blow morales out in 1 rnd, roach wont let him, Roach would prefer him to presure him but morales is such a good counter puncher, especially know that he"ll sharpen those skills come the 2nd fight. he cant outbox morales, plain and simple. ganted that both fighters will be better prepared in the rematch.like i said im not taking anything from eiher fighters. other than that i cant wait for the rematch

As long as Manny comes in weighing around 142lbs every fight night, he's not KOing ANYONE at 130lbs. His arms looked very slow and sluggish vs Morales. Sure, he's moving up in weight, though he should think about some things that helped him. Obviously his speed was what brought his power. Weighing that much, he has lost his speed, and in the end, his power. Go down to 126lbs! I beg of you!!! ;P Pacman still has ta fasta hands than Morales and he is far mo powerful, even though he weighed in at 139lbs at ta fight (he shoulnt have of course). Pacman WILL BE WELL SUITED to 130 lbs by ta time rematch comes. Tis Velasquez fight can only do good fo him.

If Pacman was wearing Cleto Reyes, Pacman mighta done a greater deal of damage to Morales in that FIRST ROUND! Thus, PACMAN WOULDA GOTTEN TA ADVANTAGE! side note: Im really gettin tired of ta hatin and weak ass posts here at Boxingscene. He was boxin Pac. Even Daredevil could fuckin see that esse! Pac will be much suited to tis weight, ta speed that was once held great Mph in ta 126lbs will settle in afta ta Velasquez fight. And ya you're right tis is an even match up. So many even match ups that had led into first round KO's too. Pacman has ta "lost" factor converted into vengeance. It's a theory, but damn it's been proven too. Recent fights show!!! Barrera having been successful afta Pac smother his azz into smitherins gainst Ayala and Morales. Morales being successful afta gettin beat by Barrrera. Tarver afta getin a lost from Johnson WON on a rematch! Though it don't happen all ta times, I believe Pac has that "lost" factor and vengeance is ta theme of ta rematch! Pacman by agonazing stoppage of Morales in ta late to championship rounds!

yo check it! tis is how ta rematch is gonna go down. Ima lay the shyt out!! Pacman will be wearin his Cleto Reyes Gloves (puncher's gloves). Pacman has voiced it out himself that he would KO Morales if he is able to wear his preferred gloves. He's a puncha, FUCKIN let him wear a puncha's gloves. Morales will be wearin his Winning Gloves to protect his hands, AND his sole intention and plan to outbox Pacman! If he wants to KO Pacman he'd be trading it all out gainst Manny, BUT HE WON't. Thus wearin Winning is enough fo Morales. He'll try to outbox Pac again. pac gets owned by morales cuz Pacquiao is one-dimensional...i LOVE watching pacquiao cuz he is krazy entertaining...but i dont think he is P4P material. he is very good to watch but i dont see him outboxing morales nor do i see him knocking out morales

Pac's a tough little nut, but I do think with the reyes glove he would have been the one to go down. If it were ANYONE other than Morales, I'd definately say they were in serious danger against pac using those gloves..but with Morales, it's hard to believe. He has a chin of steel. Nice post. I also think that the cut in the 4th round made Pacquiao weak because of all the blood he lost. And I notice that in the very first round, there was something wrong with him. He seemed way too slow than before and he doesnt have the power anymore. Maybe its just me. not just you...I've read that opinion (being slower, etc.) from several posters since that fight took place. All of this along with the 2 men in quesion is why the rematch will be so damn good! I cant wait for them to do this again. :D
