Salita was in charge from the get-go, dropping Gallegos in round six and ending things in the ninth. Time was 2:37. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Unbeaten junior welterweight Paul Malignaggi (20-0, 5 KOs) returned from a nine-month layoff, but looked like he'd never been away, easily outpointing Jeremy Yelton (17-2, 9 KOs) over eight one-sided rounds.
