Nobody cared about Sharmba before then. But while waiting three years for Kostya to come back, he was kicking ass and then Kostya walks through him like a hot knife through butter. He was obviously in a whole different league than Kostya. I feel Mayweather could beat Kostya. Why would he now fight somebody I'm sure everyone definately knows he would beat that doesn't have name value? The only thing i dont like about this match up,is that its payperview,If it were just a reg HBO stay busy fight,for floyd i wouldnt really mind.I mean i didnt really expect Floyd to go from gatti to Zab/Winky, Gatti fight was floyds biggest draw,so , i expected it to be "PPV-Stay busy fight-PPV".If this is the fight that goes PPV,floyds marketability would go in the toilet,cause i have to imagine the numbers for this would be shit.

Not Witter until he grows a pair of balls. If he ran from Zab Judah what will he do against Floyd? I reckon you could add Cotto and Witter to that mix... I reckon both of them could make an interesting fight against Mayweather... Not saying they'd win it, but it would be a hell of a lot more competitve fight than Arturo Gatti.

He's not a great fighter and I don't want to see him. He had a chance to win against Kostya and got blown out. Just like Junior Witter. Ran from Zab Judah on the undercard of Tyson-Savarese. His performance makes me hate his guts and I vow to never see him fight again. He's not a prime fighter but not a shot fighter, theres a difference, he'd be a good warm up for anyone.

Just because Tszyu murdered him doesnt mean he's a has been, Tszyu murdered everyone including Judah. I dont understand why one loss against a great fighter makes you a "has been"?? Before that fight people were saying he was the best at 140 and would beat Tszyu. IMO Mitchell has always been overated but he's a decent opponent for Mayweather while he's trying to make bigger match ups for the future.
