no way does judah get 55% in that fight, mayweather is a much bigger name...mayweather is also a bigger draw that ricky hatton Judah is holding all the belt but i do agree that Judah should get less. Hattons a far bigger draw than Mayweather, Hatton could sell out 80,000 tickets within the first day of sales. Mayweather would struggle to sell out 80,000 tickets in 5 world title fights. In terms of ticket sales Mayweather should get a smaller cut against Hatton, but because boxing purses are also bases on achievements i say its a fair 50/50 fight.

Hard to answer because he wasnt a huge draw but it only takes 1 fight to be one and I think the Gatti fight made him crossover a littile. I think you have to wait one more fight to gauge his value

mayweather should get more money than any of the listed fighters, but it should be reasonable enuff so that the other fighters are not insulted.

Witter - 80% (take care on the mandatory) Margarito - 60% Judah - 45% Judah holds all the belts... Mayweather vs Tszyu 50% both great fighters, both have good market value Cotto 60% Mayweather is a lot more proven than Cotto, probably a big favourite but Cotto is a name and should get at least a 40% cut Hatton 50% Hattons a bigger ticket/PPV seller thans Mayweather but Mayweather has a more proven track record, its a fair 50/50 IMO Witter 75% Witter hasnt done shit to get his WBC ranking, he cant sell tickets either, the only thing Witter has going for him is his weird style, which would help the fight sell better. Margarito 60% Mayweathers ability should get him more, plus Margarito isnt number 1 at welter, but the fact Margarito has a Mexican army behind him means he'll sell tickets. Judah 60% Judah is lucky to get the 40%, he IMO isnt on the same level as Mayweather, but the 147 belts are a bargaining tool. Winky 50% if your Winky it would be stupid to fight Mayweather for less than a 50% cut, even if you win your only beating someone half your size.
