Reasons why Ricky Hatton is overated...

1. High intensity fighter which means his career won't last long 2. Weak Job 3. Poor Footwork 4. Overeats, and has to lose 30-40 lbs to get in shape for a fight 5. Mediocre speed Kotsya Tszyu was NOT Kotsya Tszyu during that fight brothers. Something was up who the fuck was he then????? why can`t you except that hatton is a good fighter and will beat most of the junior welters around now, if he was american you would be blowing smoke up his ass now like you do with every american fighter out there even the shit one`s...

yea i think the handlers have messed it..........seein as no-one is out there to fight due to all the big guys being busy with other fights the only fights out there are against Kt and maussa..........which 1 would u pick! must be a money problems coz im sure ricky wouldnt turn him down.... ithink he should fight him at the end of the year to prove every1 wasnt a fluke and then no1 can say hes overrated and dosnt fight anybody decent!

I think that its a little messed up that Hatton will not give KT a rematch, and i blame Hatton's handlers for that. I will wait for Hattons next opponent, to make my final decision on him. . . . . But i hope he looses :D :D :D

so you've never heard of ray olivera, ben tackie and vince philips? i agree there is a lot of hype about him but what you got to understand is hes the best british fighter we got (out of very few world class) so nut-huging is understandable and in my opinion justified (to a certain degree anyway). its not like he hasnt tried facing people just that no-one wanted to fight him i.e vivian harriss when he had the wba belt, so he went for the main man in the division. whatever you say before the fight everyone regarded kostya as number 1 in that division and every1 had him in there pound fr pound lists so even if he was shot against ricky no-one knew about it until after the fight...........we'l just have to see what ricky does next and hopefully proves all u haters wrong.

You can not rate Hatton yet because he hasnt fought anyone that we in America know of to compare him to other than Tszyu. When the Hitman leaves the comfort of England and starts winning some fights in the USA then you can rate him.
