Klaus-Peter Kohl :boxing:
Date of Birth - 03 May 1944 Hamburg
Residence - Hamburg Germany
Original Profession - businessman promoter of professional boxing
Within 30 years Hamburg-born Klaus-Peter Kohl made it to the top in the world-wide boxing business. He started his career in professional boxing as timekeeper in the mid 70’s for the German Boxing Federation (BDB) and eventually managed to become Europe’s most successful boxing promoter and a household name on other continents as well.
In 1989 he restarted his promotional career and signed a promising young talent in 1991 Dariusz “Tiger” Michalczewski who would become Kohl’s most successful boxer years later.
In 1994 "Tiger” Dariusz Michalczewski outpointed Leeonzer Barber and became WBO light heavyweight champion. This was the beginning of a long run of success for the German promoter and it’s still going on.
Kohl’s biggest promotion was staged in 1996 when the "Tiger” defended his title against Graciano "Rocky” Rocchigiani open-air and attracted more than 23,000 spectators to a Hamburg football stadium. The greatest triumphs Klaus-Peter Kohl and his athletes could celebrate so far are the unification victory of Dariusz Michalczewski over Virgil Hill in Summer 1997
Kohl chose to call his company “Universum Box-Promotion”. He wanted a title with a global understanding. He never considered to give his company his family name.
Can you please shut the fuck up about Dariusz whatever the fuck his last name is?

He cares for money too, thats why u see so many ppvs lately LOL
Bob Arum all the fucking WAY!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah thats true, but it is a promoting business, and without money you dont have no business so you know he has to care for the money as well,
I remember getting ripped off on a old Oscar PPV called Fiesta De La Hoya, Oscar Larios was in the main event vs a outmatched Asian fighter(forgot his name), and Javier Hauregui was on the undercard Vs Lavender Johnson. Both Mexicans won ,in dominant fashion but it wasnt worth the 30 bucks I spent, i do like Larios and Jauregui at least
none they dont consider the sport, they consider the sport... but if i gotta pick then i pick arum
No offense, but I don't know what the fuck you just said right now..
Bob Arum is the best but Oscar is the future, like ottoevans stated before, he cares for his fighters

You left off a lot of promoters off the list: Murad Muhammed, Lou Dibella, Brian Young, Dan Goosen. Not saying any of these are the best but they should at least be on the list.
I picked Warren, like or Hate him he looks after his fighters. If one of his fighters is taking a beating he's the first person to want the fight stopped and he's made a lot of his fighters very rich.
How many promoters and interested in their fighters health and finances??
