What time is this fight on? Is it on regular HBO2?

I have a feeling that DLH is putting Ouma on boxeo de oro in order for him to gain a larger fan base, so that he could fight him in the near future. Its a good fight for both, but would DLH do that to his own fighter. Ouma is great but doesn't really have big power and DLH might be able to beat him. Does this guy Karmazin stand a chance. How is Ouma gonna get a larger fan base by sticking him on a 6th tier HBO variety channel?
