I just wanted to know opinions from people who actually watched the fight, i've heard all the "didnt Witter just run all night" stories and being honest i've even joined in because i dont like Witter but being serious Judah didnt have a clue how to fight Witter, which is pretty bad considering he was a world champ and Witter was a short notice opponent who could only be described as a light punching clown at that stage of his career.
Of course it was a shutout Witter didn't do anything to take rounds. Yes Zab fought bad, but its hard to look good against a fighter who doesn't want to fight and Witter clearly did not want to fight.
I didn't see that Judah fight, how did Zab end up winning?
UD, Witter was just dancing around and it was obvious he couldnt win, at that stage of his career Witter couldnt punch very hard, in terms of power he's a totally different fighter now.
i saw the fight..Judah did look a bit confused in the beginning but judah was also young back then..judah then win a clear decision though
It probably would be difficult at first, Witter was a weird fighter then. It made me laugh that Judah originally felt sorry for Witter because he was taking the fight short notice, but changed his mind after he met him before the fight because Witter was an idiot(no change there then).
I just dont think it was a shut out like most people think, i wish it had of been but it wasnt. I dont think he run either, he was just fighting like a clown.
niether guy fought very well, Judah was his usual un-focused self, Witter looked light a deer in the headlights all night.... after about 7-8 rounds Judah picked up the pace and took an easy UD, it was an eye-sore to say the least but at least it didn't last 24 seconds like the main event that night (Tyson-Savarese)
