If Tyson were 6'5 245...his power would kill boxers in the ring..but since he was.. 5'10 225 or whatever..he didnt hit has hard as..Shaver, Foreman..etc...but.u can say if he were bigger..he wouldnt be as fast..and maybe not as accurate.
earnie shavers was about 6 foot tall and weighed about 208lbs and is considered by many to be the hardest puncher ever, so i wouldn't really agree with your statment there.
man, any way u cann put tyson down. hes a legend and will never be forgoten, just coz the ppl he fought arents legends doesnt mean there not fukin good, stop critisizing his opponent, they were good and even if they were bad, its not tysons fault
Hm, aren't you one of the people who criticize Marciano for the same reason? Except Marciano never lost to his less than stellar opposition.
Bruno did win that test they did measuring punch power, equivalent to a sledge hammer or something if I remember. Ruddock was second, Foreman third, I think Tyson fourth. Anybody have any more info on that? It was in the late 80's.
i wonder where foreman of the 70's would have done
Tyson was an awesome fighter and we shouldn't judge him on his opponents, He was the best of the division during his time and that about all he can do. getting beat my Buster was sad and he was never the same after that.
Mark this post cause I never back Tyson and usually if I'm posting about him I'm bashing him.
That loss was unbelievably sad cause he lost the title to a man many considered the worst heavyweight champ of all time. What does that say about Tyson?

I consider Tyson a legend but not one of the greatest,he was the attraction of boxing of the 90s and mid 2 late 80s,he just happened to have bad management in my opinion and a bad fuse that got him in trouble but he was a master in getting people in seats. He was a good show to see, even the post and pre fight stuff

Your an idiot. I don't think I need to explain why, it's pretty clear.
what is clear, explain to me to clear me up cause many people like me dont understand,

Tyson has never beaten a elite fighter. He beat old Larry Holmes, Micheal Spinks who was no real heavyweight contender and gutless Andrew Golota was the toughest foe he ever fought and beat. Tyson has no great K.O to anybody great, only K.Os vs guys who are nice fighters, but not good.He also lost to the supposed worst heavyweight champ of all time in Buster Douglas.Tyson in 85 and 86 was on T.V on a weekly basis fighting on fighting on non cable television fighting stiffs and nobody to remember about 15 times a year knocking guys he shouldnt be fighting from left to right. He later got a reputation of a K.O destruktion fighter who will never lose to nobody and people wondered if anyone survive 1 round vs IRON mike tyson
The 2 great fighters hes fought put a beating on Mike(Lennox & Holyfield)

after the tyson fight, in the interviw, tyson is bewildered wen he says how hard ruddock punches, he said he punches like a mule. so u know who the hardest puncher he faced is. ruddock wud be top 10 for hardest hitting heavyweight, look at his uppercuts, u can just see they have gruesome force behind them.
and i hate all these faggets writing articles about tysons crap opponents. who ever he beats is a bum and wen he loses hes a bum. srsly, its gettin old with these stypid ass writers who cant throw a punch
