He says he can bring Tyson back to the top, and that he was the worst managed fighter in the history of the sport...And he really believes he can guide Tyson back to being a contender....He says Tyson owes it to him self and to his fans to go out on a good note...Not a loss...He says thats how he felt when he lost to Ali and that other guys so he had to coem back and go out on a good note...he says when Tyson sat in the corner of the 6th round he said some needed to kick him out that seat and get him to go in there and fight..
I wonder why hes saying all this...to get more money?? or does he really care about Tyson & his legacy.......If Tyson dont care about his legacy then i dont think this is gonna happen...
Tyson needs some good management. I think with good training, and well selected fights, he can get a title shot at Lamon Brewster, and knock the shit out of him the entire fight. Tyson would win that fight, and then should retire. What do you think?
Thats not even realistic. Brewtser would kill Mike at this stage in his career. 2nd round KO.
Juyjuy and Slipx, my point about Foreman and Tyson being similar is that both were far and away the biggest punchers of their respective eras, they both had a surly demeaner and temperment, once both had "made it" they didn't feel the need to listen to advice and they both had trouble adjusting their game plans if a fight wasn't going as planned.
Tyson's problems in and out of the ring are mostly mental, just as George's were.
Slipx, why the hostility? To question my posting ability after some of the real pearls you have offered up doesn't make sense. Take a pill :chairshot
i fail to see the correlation between a 5'10 swarming slugging stalker and a 6'2ish open pawed counterpunching brawler-puncher..but ok
Foreman was 6'4.
Foreman is thinking he can do with Tyson what he did with himself, it would be a great idea if Tyson was sane, but I don't think he has it in him, then again maybe if you put 5 or 10 bums in front of him on espn he will regain that mental edge he needs, doubt it though
yeah i agree put him in with people that have a record of like 12-6 ...people like that for like 5-8 fights once a month...Then step up after that and if that dont work then retire 4 good..but i think he can win the fights on ESPN against people like 5'10-6'2 with loosing records or barely over 50% and not much experience...Tyson can easily do that 4 a while and then maybe step up for a Title and if he wins go for another if he looses 1 more time he should stay retired...
If Tyson would fight someone his height, I'd watch it.
Yea thats a really good point. The idiot who decided that Tyson would make a big comeback by fighting someone who is 6'6 should be fired for life.
I guess it's because tyson was a similar type fighter as Foreman

i knew you were a fuckin idiot ever since i saw your name...only dumb fucks use fighters as screen names
Would you pay to see another Tyson fight? I know I woulden't.
i would say, i will pay if he was doin ultimate fighting but he would get his ass kicked there 2
There's no way I would pay for another Tyson fight unless he was on the undercard and the main event was Hatton-PBF, Castillo-Corales, Ruiz-Peter, Vitali-Rahman,etc...you get my point.

Fenech cares about Tyson too much.
Tyson lost all his hunger way back in June 1988 when he got rid of Rooney, the brutal true reason he got rid of Rooney was because he couldn't be bothered to train anymore! And since then, nobody has had the bulls to give him a kick up the backside.
he says when Tyson sat in the corner of the 6th round he said some needed to kick him out that seat and get him to go in there and fight..
Foreman is exactly right on, on this point. Tyson needed someone to push him back out there to go fight. Unfortunately, Jeff Fenech didn't have the balls to push him...maybe it was that Jeff was trying to be Tyson's friend more than his trainor.
Foreman has always had a soft spot for Tyson. I guess it's because tyson was a similar type fighter as Foreman, though not nearly as good. I honestly think Foreman is genuinely concerned about Tyson's overall well being vs. what King, Horn and Holloway did to him.
Too get more money???? hahahahahaah Foreman is filthy rich! he has like 200 million bucks and is the richest retired boxer. I really think forman can help tyson! I actually would love to see formen in the corner that would be something.
