Yeah, Duran never looked like he was in that good a shape even when he was fighting. The last picture I saw of him he looked exactly like Scotty Bowman, a famous old hockey coach. I showed the pic to my wife who is from the Detroit area and a huge Red Wings fan and she thought it was the funniest shit ever (Bowman coached them to three championships recently, for those who don't know). Hey Bombardier ........ speaking of Bowman, Jermain Taylor's trainer is Pat Burns, no shit.

oscar fighting vargas again would be a crock.... yeah it'd make big money, but it would be meaningless... vargas has been inactive and hasn't even looked good when he has fought... if oscar fought wright, i would be hugely imressed.... That's the worst thing that he will do. Fighting Vargas?? cmon. If Vargas' last opponent's punches could crack an egg, Vargas would have been KTfo.

According to delahoya on a news interiveiw I saw for hopkins vs taylor he said he walks around right now 165 pounds. I think he weighs more but you never know cause he has a small bones and when you have smaller bones when you put weight on it makes you look heavier then you are. But me personally I think he weighs at least 185 and that is fat for his frame! no way is he 165 if he weighed that weight he wouldnt have such a fat face and tripple chin. He doesn't have a triple chin. He hardly has a double chin in the Hopkins - Taylor pic, and nothing is apparent in the first picture, either.

Winky would destroy Oscar similar to how he did against Tito. Oscar would come in and try one of his infamous hooks and Winky would block it throw a jab and back off. Bad move for Oscar at this point in his career. Any fighter 147-160 loses to Winky, I could see Cory Spinks giving him fits a bit because practically they are both the same fighters but Spinks has more mobility and both dont fight other peoples fights. So it would be interesting but I still see Winky taking the nod. Winky is the new man and he would dethrone Hopkins and knock off Jermain as well. Nobody wants any part of Winky and rightfully so. Vargas is slow and lethargic, Oscar would KO him sooner than he did before. Vargas needs to retire he hasnt looked good at all, I could probably step in their and whoop up on him the way he fights now.

He has been trying to get Winky at an Oscar weight Winky has stated. But like you said it is being touted that he wants Vargas.....Why I dont know it will generate huge numbers but has no significance. I guess Oscar wants to go out with one last win against an opponent with a name and it is the only fighter he could beat at this point.

I dont think the suit makes a difference in that picture. I am looking a little above his belt. That thing pops out, his dad is a large guy and he is just filling out like the rest of his family.
