Considering all the fuss on here re the Hatton/Tszuyu result what other fights have had the most shocking outcomes when going to the judges?
I've watched Lewis V Holyfield 1 again yesterday and that sticks out as a really bad one to me?
What else?
I'm a big Tapia fan, but his "win" over Medina was ridiculous....
Byrd-Oquendo was pretty bad....
Holyfield-Lewis 1 was was really Lewis vs. Eugenia WIlliams
I'd say Oscar-Mosley 2, not for it being a bad decision, but for it being the PERFECT decision with an insane amount of pointless controversy & argumentation for a fight that Mosley clearly won
Ah Ha! A little something else we agree on! (Mosley-DLH 2)..whaddayaknow :D
it wasnt a win
it wasnt a draw either :D
Castillo-Mayweather 1 was a robbery, even the HBO crew was talkin shit.
sry, i meant to say it was a draw. :guilty:
how the hell chavez won that fight is beyond me...

One day I shall have to pull out some of my old boxing tapes and turn them into torrent files for you to all download. I guess I shall have to pull the old Tyson/Douglas fight out of the vault. I have just been too swamped with work to even think about such things. Yeah so boxing rec says.!!! even still how could it be considered a draw??? what fight was masakazu watching? damn he has to let me have some of that beer that he had that night. must be strong as hell!
What about Morita? Whoever that is had Tyson winning..
According to boxrec, Tyson was up on one card, down on one, and one saw it as a draw.
Larry Rozadilla 88-82 | Judge: Ken Morita 86-87 | Judge: Masakazu Uchida 86-86
That's looking at Douglas's record.
Tarver - Johnson I think Tarver clearly won that fight.
De la Hoya - Sturm Sturm won that, but he didn't dominate enough, I guess.

so many to name I could give a whole book report on it. I shall give some of the ones that stick out on the top of my mind.
1. James "Buster Douglass vs mike Tyson. Buster was beating his ass up till the knockout and Tyson was winning on every scorecard. (Note don't fight in Japan either they are swayed by the masses)

Tito - De la Hoya
what did everyone think about the Leonard/Hearns II decision? Even though Leonard showed his heart in that fight, I thought that Hearns had a comfortable lead with those 2 knockdowns.
that is one of my favorite fights. Both guys past their primes, but both showed tremendous heart. Sugar almost got Tommy out of there late. If that were a 15 round fight,Leonard wins again by knockout. I was happy that Hearns got the victory. Always liked Hearns, he was great for the sport.
as far as the decision goes, I thought Hearns should have got the nod, but it was close.
How about the following:
1. Valuev vs Cliff Ettiene -Hmm Etienne complains about being hit behind the head and the reff stops the fight what the hell??? Etienne was losing but the fight was not worth stopping.
2. Lennox Lewis Vs. Ray Mercer. Although Lennox won I gave mercer the nod.
3. Lennow Lewis Vs. Holyfield. -too many of you here have already posted on this I agree with you all.
4. Roberto Duran vs Evangelista Dejesus - Comon Duran beat this guy senseless the beating was so bad that I almost had to turn away from the screen and they gave it to Dejesus.
5. Marvin Hagler vs Veto Antifermo -again Marvin Hagler beat this guy unmercifully and they gave the fight to antifermo- hagler looked like he hadn't even been in a fight and antifermo came out alomst unable to walk.
6. Tommy the Duke Morrison vs Goerge formeman. again another tale of cheating and bad officiating. comon man.
One that sticks out to me is when Joey Curtis prematurely stopped Weaver-Dokes 1 in the first round.
others:
Chavez-Whitiker
Holmes-Spinks 2
Lockridge-W. Gomez

2. Mayweather vs Castillo Part 1 - Everyt ime Mayweather doesnt look good he says we didnt know but his rotator cuff was destroyed or his back was mutilated and he couldnt move or he was fighting with two bad eyes or he was blind or some other excuse. On that night Castillo was the better man.
3. Oscar De la Hoya and Felix Sturm. Comon all we have to admit oscar got his ass kicked.
4. Oscar vs Ike Quartey. in my eyes Quartey won you know? Although it was close but I still had quartey with the nod
5. Paulie Ayala vs tapia. I cant remember which on.
6. Erik Morales vs Barrerra part 1 I had Barerra with the nod
7. Paqiuo vs marquez. While it was amazing that marquez got back into the fight I still had him losing.
8.Castillo Vs. Cassamayor. Casstillo lost he was aoutboxed by the slicker southpaw but alas he got the nod.
9. Fernando Vargas vs Winky Wright Again the politics of boxing were at hand. Winky clearly outboxed Fernando yet fernando was given the nod.
10. Meldrick Taylor and JC chavez part 1. Richard stelle was involved (Nuff said) nod went to Julio with mere seconds left in a fight that Taylor would have won.
I agree with 9 outta 10, Floyd won rounds 1-4 very easily vs. Castillo, NOBODY loses a decision after sweeping the 1st 4 rounds (ask Sugar Ray Leonard)
