Along with his boxing career, a few extracurricular endeavours could help Mike's wallet...
1. Make a Tyson reality show of him training and stuff
2. Make some appearances on the WWE (he's made some previously when it was called WWF and I think he made $2 million for some easy work)
3. Mike Tyson Talk Show: sounds odd, but whatever theme they choose from a jerry springer type show to an oprah type show, if Tyson is the host it would be wildly entertaining
4. Market a line of Mike Tyson granola bars called "Tyson Chewables". This would be Mike's version of the george foreman grill and should bring in a hefty amount of money
This could rake in millions of dollars for Iron Mike and take him out of debt. Of course, he would have to change his spending habits or he'd just go right into debt again.
Again...
I'm fascinated by so many PRAYING that Mike Tyson gets another chance to be a filthy-rich ass millionaire.
Why do you guys care ?
I say he becomes an electrical apprentice.....& then becomes a full-time electrician.
He could make a nice salary, get great benefits. He can then buy a nice home....one in which he himself can do his own electrical work, saving himself some $$$$.
I can't believe you people can't wait for him to be able to once again purchase white tigers for pets, & have elevators & bowling alleys in his home.
Talk about misplaced sympathy. Did any of you guys donate money to Mary Kay LaTorneau & that kid she raped, so they could have a lavish wedding ?
I have not donated money to them yet but I did over pay for my keg cup at the house party that Billy thru a few weeks back...the fucker charged me 10 bucks but it was worth it in the end because I got interviewed by the local news. Mary K was out of town...I was looking forward to meeting her, Billy told me that she was a huge Johnny Tapia fan...where were the Mary K's when I was in school.

I'd ONLY buy them if they were shaped like ears. That's money.
I dunno about the reality show. Every single reality show you see has people getting all emotional and crying, and boxing don't need that shit.
Damn, look at Dog the 'Bounty Hunter'.
Goddamned, that guy gets all choked up whenever he makes an 'arrest', although he usually gets people who broke their jay-walking bond.
Besides, Tyson would murder the camera man the first time they bumped into his pigeon cage.
Here's my economic plan for Tyson:
Mike should concentrate on boxing and getting back to peak shape.
He doesn't need to fight for the title anytime soon because everytime he fights for the title and gets beaten it sets him back mentally and financially. Example, Holyfield and Lewis. After getting beat by these two champs, Mike was inactive anywhere from 8 months to 3 years!
The plan now should be; Mike stays active fighting 4-5 times a year against tomato cans like Mcbride,Zunbrum,Bowe, etc. This way he would be winning(hopefully) and making decent money from ticket sales and ppvs. IMO boxing fans and Tyson fans will pay to see these fights more so than a Klitscho-Williams fight and Vitali's the champ.
yep sound great, he still have a lot of fans.. and some fighting skills. he can beat guy like bowe. i cant see how mike tyson can be tv host for long time, it wouldnt last for long time before he lack off ..
and something bad would happen,,

What about economic plans to save us?
Hell, I could use a few extra bucks. Please donate to my paypal account. (link will be up soon)
On to the topic at hand...
Tyson was actually offered to do some more WWF appearances after that PR stunt with Steve Austin and after he appeared as a guest referee on a WWF PPV. He turned them down eventually. If he were to become a WWF regular back then, he would have had a pretty handsome salary, but it just won't work these. WWE wouldn't take him now anyway.
I'd by Mike Tyson Gronola Bars.
But not if they were shaped like ears. That's just gross. Why you gotta by like that Torino?
LOL....... Just joking, but I would be more likely to buy them if they were shaped like ears.
4. Market a line of Mike Tyson granola bars called "Tyson Chewables". This would be Mike's version of the george foreman grill and should bring in a hefty amount of money
Yeah, and they should be shaped like ears

1 and 5 sound like good ideas.. but instead of granola bars, I think protein bars / nutrition, etc.. would be a better idea
i read this article it said " Tyson may be broke but last week he was able to gather up 420,000 to put a down payment on a 2.1 million dollar house"
damn I wish i was that broke
There is no way Tyson can be as poor as he claims. With the connections he has there are ways for him to easily make huge amounts of the money without the IRS knowing about it. Then Tyson leaves the United States and goes to France where the IRS cant hurt him after he retires.
