Don King doesn't want Andrew to retire. Don King presented intresting deal to Andrew Golota.
DKP called all major federation and WBA agreed to involve Andrew Golota in WBA Elimination for #1 mandatory spot and shot at WBA Champ later. Andrew must decide it alone what to do again - says Zigi Rozalski, Golota's manager."
As I said.. Golota blew his 3 shots before and 4th won't be any different - and it wasn't.
It's just not in his lucky stars to be a world champ.
Golota was always a top level contender and that's it :-(
Neuraxis - You're Polish? I thought you were Russian :)

Golota needs to stop. He got more than enough title shots, he does not deserve anymore until he fights his way up the ladder again
Boy, with this kinda shit no one should wonder why boxing doesn;t have a more mainstream appeal. Golota couldn't win a title in his prime, couldn't manage to stay on his feet for more than a few seconds against, not to mention the fact that he has a tendency to whack people in the balls and he is still possibly in contention....geez...Valuev is a FREAK and it would be funny to see him fit Vitali...not sure if the match would be good but watching him toss "the black rhino" around like a rag doll was hilarious...one side note on whacking other fighters in the balls..did anyone see the Wright-Trinidad fight in Canada? The commentator (don't know who) kept saying that T\Tito should hit Wright in the balls to get some respect....must have said it almost ten times by the end of the fight...priceless :biggthump
im in canada, but i jsu watch the replay on tsn
man he shud retire... he had a good career, he had heart, he was a hard worker, but hes 37 years old... right now he's jus making his record worse.
granted his loss against ruiz was shit, n the byrd one to, but it stays o nthe record
i have respect for golata, but hes 37, n hes dun, he should be with his family n shit now

golota didnt deserve his shot at byrd or ruiz or brewster. only after he beats some contenders will he desserve a shot. every guy on the come up has worked hard trying to put themself in line for a title and golota has done nothing
That's why me and my mates hate Don King. All the manipulation and corruption is why we end up paying $$$ for a PPV fight that lasts (literally) less than a minute.
I totally support fixing the damn system so that rankings are fair, fights are awarded on merit, and we get to see the best fight the best, not some retarded ass puppet show.
Golota isn`t exposing anyone. He couldn`t beat John Ruiz and Lamon Brewster in back to back fights. Golota should retire!
Yeah, but Valuev is multiple notches below those guys
If Golota can expose Valuev, at least we wouldn't have deal with the giant fighting in a title match.
Is that what the article means - the otherwise #1 contender vs. Golota for a shot at Ruiz? Or is there going to be a "tournament" involving four or more individuals?
(ridiculous)
~~~~
and yes it is..hahah Golata can win it..Ruiz wont lose it...boxing is a bitch. Anyway...now everyone knows to rush Golata early,so what the points?*shrug*
This is fuckin' stupid! (I can't spell ridiculus) Enough is enough! Let it go Don, you got lucky with Ruiz, but Golota is done. Stick a fork in 'em!
