is butterbean still fighting???
if so who here rates his chances of uniting the heavyweight titles?
i mean he's got to have a chance seeing as hes so heavy right??
heavyweight should be won by the heaviest people.
;)
. Well....Ruiz would just try to hug him and prolly end up KO'd.
lmao...
but in all seriousness, butterbean would get handled by any of the upper tier heavyweights (ruiz included)
I think butterbean had a fight last fall, if I'm not mistaken. KO'd the guy in 3 I believe. Don't recall who it was. The thing about Butterbean...he's actually got a helluva lot of ring experience, and is a smart fighter. And fucking dangerously powerful. If you get caught, it's over, period. I'll probably get laughed out of the forum for saying this, but I'd give him a 30% chance of beating any top heavy in the division right now, Klitchko included. And an even better chance against some of them.
3 time isnt it..
he won the belt then got it back by default twice..
or does the toney no contest rule that out as a title win?
Yeah, it's as if the fight never took place.
Go to his website photo album. Lots of pics of Ruiz as a champ baby to champ toddler to champ teen to champ amateur to 2 time hw champ!

He's always got that puncher's chance. Thing is, Butterbean telegraphs it too much that a most top 30 fighters can avoid it. Well....Ruiz would just try to hug him and prolly end up KO'd.
you can dream all day that butterbean will ko ruiz

heavyweight should be won by the heaviest people.
no it shouldn't. the heavyweight champ shouldn't be the heaviest, they should be the best. Some of the best heavyweight champs (Ali esp) werent the heaviest of heavyweights.
weight is important, as it allows for greater punch power, but if the fighters aint got the skills to use there power effectivly, it's useless then isn't it?
