I dug this thread up even though it is six months old because I think some people might want to change their vote.

The match you guys should be paying attention to is the title eliminator between Rahman and Barret. Rahman is coming off 5 straight wins after his loss to Ruiz, and Barret has won 2 out of his last 3 fights including beating dominick quinn and losing to Joe Mesi by a hair. Both of these fighters are more than capable of beating VT. Brewster did beat Golota and Wladimir, but I dunno if Im bought on him quite yet. I think Brewster is a little more solid then most of us would have expected, but still worse then Vitali, Byrd, Rahman. I would put him somewhere on the echelon of Ruiz and Barrett. As for the discussion at hand about Vitali and Rahman. I think that Rahman has managed to string together some decent fights against so-so opponents but that we still have to see that his work ethic has caught up with the skill he potentially has. If we see this is the case then I think that Rahman could easily turn out to be the tops of the division. If not then he is doomed to dwell around the middle of the division, dropping fights he should win and looking good when he is supposed to lose. So it all depends on where his desire and work ethic are at.
