Vargas is not even in the conversation. Vargas is shot. He is done. And besides that, Wright will enjoy doing the same thing to Vargas that DLH is doing. even if Vargas at his best(including using steriods) he couldn't beat Winky now. look how Vargas fought Tito and look how Winky fought Tito.
