WBA Rule: 18:23!!

From sites front page, press release! "Toney was suspended 90 days and fined $10,000. Team Ruiz is waiting for the WBA to enforce rule18:23 (3), disqualifying Toney and automatically reinstating Ruiz as world heavyweight champion." If this is the case, then the fight would not be ruled a no contest, instead Ruiz would WIN the fight on a disqualification. This is a confusing situation, i hope there is some clarity in the next few days. Should it be a no contest or a Ruiz win?

Roach is the touch of death for any fighter. Every fighter he trains loses or is in scandel. Tyson loses. Pac loses. Toney juices. Roach sucks. Who the hell wants him to train their fighters anymore. I hate to say this but you gotta point. Roach has been in some funny fights this past year.

In ways I disagree, a lot of athletes continue to deny use and wont be vocal about it. It is a shame because I feel it makes them look worst than they already have. But the truth will never really be known and is a dead topic,because of the 'roid Toney tested for there are various ways in which the test could have came up positive but if he was stacked with a large amount of that particular drug then there wouldnt be no excuse and I believe THAT is what they should be looking into. Roach use to get my respect, he has turned into a whiny little bitch as of late. I hardly call it professional in the way he was slobbering all over the microphones about Pacman not getting to wear his gloves and saying he would have KO'D Morales if he had his Reyes gloves. Roach was respectful but now he is a sour bitch these days, without good reasons.

It was already changed as a NC, however the official ruling will come from the WBA. I wouldnt be surprised if something corrupt in that meeting. Its funny though. Toney has never tested positive before. Freddie Roach is a professinal and wouldn`t be that stupid as to give Toney anything like that. And i don`t by that Roach wouldn`t have known about it either. I still not convinced since Toney`s camp are denying it to the hills and the Toney Team being top flight in boxing you`d just he hard pressed to imagine them giving Toney roids. Weird!

The question is....is Rick going to retract the points of the vbookie winners on the fantasy betting thread and give the money to the Ruiz bettors?? :D :D I don`t think he`ll do anything untill this matter is cleared up. Ruiz could be declared the winner by DQ or the fight will be ruled a no contest. WBA rules state that Ruiz wins by DQ but it might stay a no contest. i think we`ll know more in the next couple of days but i`m sure Rick will tell everyone what he`s gonna do before he does it ( i hope ).
