Titled Roy Jones Jr.'s Greatest Knockouts
It is supposed to hit stores tommorrow, I am not sure on the exact content but it is only 60 minutes.
Anybody going to pick this up? The company releasing this dvd is the same company that fills the bins of walmarts $5.50 bin. So if it pops up in there it might be worth a look.
If it pops up in the $5.50 bin at walmart (I bet you it will be there tomorrow) it is definately worth it.
i already purchased all three
i liked them but some parts were dissapointing
i already got it like 2 months ago, along with greatest powershots and countershots. i ordered them from the spike tv adds. they are decent but the commentary sucks and sound real fake. they also blur out anything hbo and that gets mad annoyiong. the commentator is terrbile as he tries to repeat what the original one says but he lack enthusiasm, timing and realism.

You people a bunch of commercial sellouts. I bet Roy makes an 8 minute Ab workout video you people buy it along with the warm-up socks.
Who do you work for?

Its cool that boxing DVD's are even getting released to the public. I always thought it would be great if HBO and Showtime realeased all the major fights on DVD, with post fight and prefight extras.
Showtime released Corrales vs Freitas on dvd, I wouldnt be surprised for a castillo one either...Although they took preorders for the Freitas fight.
I bought it and it is jam packed with extras, very good and well worth the 20 bucks.
this is a legit DVD, I remember waking up one night at like 4am and the infomertial was on for this DVD. Roy was also on the infomertial talking about the DVDs, and about his KOs and His counter punching and ring generalship. I didnt think theyd be available at stores, but im definatley gonna pic them up. Even though I already have his Career on DVD, Better to have all Koes in a highlight real.
I am not sure about the Counter and power shots series but the knockout dvd does INFACT have his latest music video.

If anyone can guarantee none of his rap videos are on there, I might rent it?

Better than anything else he has done. His video is on television, their singles are all over the radio locally here and as well played on XM. It also hit the billboard charts. Plus Walmart is stocking it on their shelves! Of course the big names on the album will carry it to gold though. I assume it is doing fairly well, but if it didnt have the names it wouldnt have sold on the Jones name alone.
Perhaps because his latest album is on a roll, he might see it as a time to cash in...
Is it doing well? I kind of don't much about that sort of thing. Is it getting good reviews?
It's interesting that he owns his own footage...but why are these coming out now. Seems like releasing all these DVDs is something you'd either do for a retired guy or one that is at the peak of his fame and career, and Roy is neither. Well, I guess I'm just assuming that he isn't retired yet.
