Actually Strickland is far from the worst boxer in the world. He's been through 359 fights and the vast majority of his 272 losses are decisions. He's rarely been knocked out or even stopped.

Strickland is a shoe in as a tuneup for up and coming fighters. Real Sports did an expose on him, as the world's biggest loser. He has faced plenty of up and coming fighters, who blew him away:
despite him actually looking impressive for a while in the fight. His willingness to fight anyone and everyone, combined with his health being intact (miraculously), he makes for the perfect punching bag.
That, and he is willing to fight for literally a couple of hundred dollars. LOL. A throwback in the day and age of boxers whining about recieving millions less than the other guy. Not to say he is actually worth millions.
