Does Barrera have the same style as Duran?

yeah castillo to duran is a better comparison than barrera to duran........duran was a monster before he started moving up in weight I've seen a couple of Duran fights, and I've got to say that Duran was a beast. Especially at 135's.

Castillo and Duran have similar fighting styles, but i wouldn't say identical. Not trying to bash, but I don't really get where you got the Duran/Barrera comparison from. Care to explain??

I think the only fighter today that even remotely has the same style is Castillo. Anyone else think their styles are somewhat similar? Almost Identical. The way they lead with left hooks, and work from upstairs to downstairs, as well as the fashion in which they break down their opponents. Yes. Duran was a stalker... and I dont think Duran was as good as a Counter Puncher like Barrera... buts that opinion
