What must have transpired before Morales Vs. Pacquiao.

YOU FOOLS HAVE PEA BRAINS. Even if you give Morales that punchers gloves, Morales won't be able to knock out Pacquiao, even with high volume of punches from Morales, why, because Morales is only good at giving good volume punches with no real power in it, even if Pacquiao's eyes were that bad. But if you give that same punchers gloves to Pacquiao, Pacquiao would at least knock down Morales cause Pacquiao has the edge on power. And if Pacquiao was given that gloves, then all of the sudden the fight would be different - Morales would feel Manny's power on those gloves and then Morales wont be bold enough to trade with Manny. you know i was tricked in thinking that is Morales clearly beat Pac his fans would see it like it really is. Some of the good Pac fans must be really embarrased. Oh several of them are...very much so! I've talked to many of them and they all are die hard Pac fans, and wish to hell the rest of them would accept and admit that Morales was the better fighter that night, and that the gloves had nothing to do with the outcome. It works both ways, Morales would have probably KO'd Manny if he had the Reyes gloves Exactly! Pac would have suffered a ko MOST LIKELY if they had used Reyes gloves! Erik's chin has been tested time and again, so the real issue here is how long pac would have lasted with the other gloves. I honestly dont see him going 12 full rd's with them...I hope like hell Morales does give him a rematch just to prove to the few that are embracing that excuse so much that the gloves were his saving in the first fight!

I'm really sick of hearing about this gloves garbage. There was nothing on tv last night so I watched the first Morales vs. Barrera fight. Just before the bell rang Larry Merchant made mention of the fact that Morales wanted to use Winning Brand gloves and Barrera wanted to use Reyes, so they flipped a coin and Barrera won so they used the Reyes gloves. Morales prefers Winning Brand gloves, he has for a long time. I don't see why this thing about the gloves keeps coming up over and over again. I saw that they were using Cleto Reyes Gloves with the word MEXICO written accross the gloves on both occasions. So that person who first said that Morales has been using the Winning Gloves to protect his frail hands had to be lying IMO. Manny is an effective slugger with a knock out power. Arum who is Morales' promoter KNEW this. Morales needed to redeem his profession, and of course Arum must have wanted his fighter to win. Arum must have thought of a way to soften Pacquiao's power and he must have known that using a Winning Gloves with a lot of padding would do the job. But Arum must have needed an excuse for Morales and Pacquiao to wear this type of gloves. He must have thought of this, so he must have used that excuse to hide the real intention of protecting his fighter's chin. Using the gloves with a lot of padding would make Pacquiao ineffective in his pursuit to knock down Morales. Making Pacquiao out of position when his punch would not work well and make him vulnerable for Morales' counter punches. Now, could Murad have done something about this. IMO, no. Murad is in no position to haggle with Arum cause the latter has a much bigger stature in boxing world. And so Murad is probably just reduced to saying yes to Arum all the time. That's why maybe Pacquiao would be better off with a new promoter who has a bargaining power. Murad is only a victim of his own stature in the boxing world. Seeing as how Pac couldnt even land as much as he could or should have, wouldnt using Pac's gloves hurt him even more since Morales did a FUCKING PAINT JOB ON HIM?!?!!? Morales might have KO'd Pac if he were to use "more effective" gloves. It works both ways. This is exactly why I am not a fan of Pac and not a very big Tito fan anymore. Fools and their excuses.
