Forget about the handwraps nonsense and answer this seriously. Have you ever seen someone so strong but at the same time so thin or in other words, not strong looking. I am amazed by Trinidad's power because it's freakish. Keep in mind that this is a guy who started his career at 140 pounds and boxed at 126 or something as an amateur. Then, he started to knock out guys at 154 and 160. Any thoughts?
Im A Tito Fan But Ever Since A Reliable Inside Source Close To The Trinidad Camp. Came Out And Said That Papa Trinidad Was Ilegally Wrapping Tito's Hands Before Fights.made Me Think If It Was The Wrapping Along With His Natural Strength That Got Him Those Knockouts.b-hop Got Wind Of This And Thats Why. B-hop Wouldnt Fight Him. If The Trinidad Camp Didnt Let Him Have Someone From His Camp. Watch Papa Trinidad Wrap Tito's Hands From Scratch On Fight Night.for Example, Vargas Had A Solid Chin Before. Trinidad Floored Him Three Times With Ease In The First Round. And Then Later Knocked Him Out In The Twelth.pretty Much Giving Him A Glass Jaw In One Night. Cause Everyone Knows His Chin Wasnt The Same Anymore After That Fight. And At The Same Time Having The Same Power. He Had At Lightweight.there Isnt That Many Good Fighters That Can Do That Ask Dlh,mosely, jonesjr, mayorga Etc.. They All Moved Up Without The Same Power They Once Had At These Lighter Weights. So It Pretty Much Makes Trinidad Either ,an Uncanny Puncher .or Maybe He Was Getting Away With Wrapping His Hands Ilegally. Making His Fists Like Two Small Casts. Combine That With His Speed And Accuracy. Hell He'd Probably Knock Out A Super Middle Weight With That Advantage.so Even If You Dont Think This Is True . Looking Back On What's Been Said . It Atleast Makes You Think It Could Be Possible This Was Going On.
Tszyu has some awsome power, always has but it has gotten better with age even sharmba said his power was considerable in the rematch, i hope hatton feels that power and thinks to himself, what the fuck was that
Yeah, when I first started watching Tito, it really tripped me out how strong this guy was even though I thougth he looked scrawny compared to his opposition.
Thomas Hearns was a knockout artist that makes Trinidads power look like nothing..
Have you seen MCOWFSURUP's signature lately? Oh my. It is frightening. I think he loves us man. I really do. He is all over our "sticks". LOL.

I have been watching Felix Trinidad all my life since I first got interested in boxing when I was maybe 6 years old. I remember watching him when I was a little kid when he was stil an up and commer on HBO take the title from Terry Norris. I have alot of faith in Trinidad, he can deal with jabs or whatever else. His comeback will be ferocious, he will conquer all opponents. Trinidad.. One of the best most exciting fighters in the last 20 years. Ranking among Hagler, Hearns, etc....
Jimmy Wilde probably is the best example of a scrawny guy who has deceptive power. However, once you get into the lower weights, almost everyone looks scrawny. Still, Wilde was barely a flyweight and knocked out some featherweights. Simply amazing considering the absolutely HUGE weight discrepancy.
Stanley Ketchel's physique wasn't too imposing, but had a mule kick for a punch.
Bob Foster was skinny yet rendered a large amount of opponent unconscious.
Though he had tremendously huge arms and shoulders, Fitzsimmons had twigs for legs.
i think a lot of it has to do with how a guy sets up for a ko. guys that go in there and throw hooks and bombs all day and don't have an effective jab and movement just dont get their opportunities. Many times people expect to see the big bomb throughing guys to pull off ko's and don't expect skilled boxers to punch a guys head off. So props to those guys that are skilled boxers and also to tyson who did it right. Not all the guys that think they are tyson, and don't.
There was an even scrawnier, weaker looking boxer who hit even harder on a pound for pound basis than Felix Trinidad. His name was Jimmy Wilde. Pale, soft looking, and with the build of an athletic 6 year old, he was one of the sport's all time greats in terms of raw punching power.
