I haven't seen too many of Shane's fights but I was watching his fights against DLH (the 1st one), then against Forrest (the 1st one), and both of the fights against Wright. While I was watching, I noticed that in these fights, Shane didn't seem to use his feet near as much as when he fought Oscar. In the first round of the Forrest fight it seemed like that's what he had planned, but after he got hit with a head but, I didn't see him really pick his feet up and move since. I may be wrong, somebody clear it up if I am, though.
Any word on who his next fight will be in the 147 division. He has to be very careful of who he fights for the next couple of matches, cus he's lost twice back to back now.
Mosley lost the heart to do it after he beat DLH...forest schooled him twice and so did wright..Mosley should retire, or start taking real fights and regain what he has lost.

Interesting. He admitted to it as well. Then he tested negative the next two fights. Interesting indeed. It almost makes me lose some respect for Jones, but I really have to know more information before I can look down on him. He didn't take anything illegal, though, according to the article.
lol
Roy took something that many athletes take. It has BEEN known that Roy has taken ripped fuel and it is NOT a taboo drug. Anyone can get it and it's nothing like the stuff Bonds and others have taken (designer steroids).
Next time make sure you tell the whole truth. There's a reason why people don't care that Roy tested positive for "steroids".
Indiana Boxing Commish: Roy Jones' people were very cooperative and very easy to work with to reach a settlement. Also, I did tell Roy Jones that there are some amateur boxing clubs here in Indiana and he did send a check in the amount of $250 for the Indianapolis PAL."
Jones admitted he had been taking an over-the-counter product called Ripped Fuel. That's not illegal but it is an anabolic steroid according to the IBF and other other sanctioning bodies.
Ripped fuel is a thermogenic weight-loss and bodybuilding drug, and is advertised as an advanced new fat loss formula.

Roy Jones tested positive for Steroids, and it wasn't because of a nasal spray. I can link you to the articles if you need me to.
Link it. Something credible, too, not just hearsay.
I just said Mosely because of all that BALCO shit he was involved in. Plus nobody who weighs 154 should be able to bench 300 plus pounds.
Just thought I'd add that I have a cousin, who probably weighed about 130ish, and he pressed like... 250. I can very easily see a guy that much benching that. And doesn't Kostya bench 300 lbs?
Funny, but untrue and not credentialed. Back up what you say with something other than blind suspiscion.

hmm
a something happend to Mosely. He got off steroids and turned into a pussy. Same thing with Jones.

If you're saying that radical muscle deteriotation is always bad then I agree - but 7lbs is not radical
I do not want to start a nutritional discussion buddy. But 7 pounds of lean mass is alot of fucking mass. Take 7 pounds of ground beef, and strap it to the places on your body that you would like to enhance.
Then tell me if that is not a radical change. It is. It took me 2 years of hard lifting to only gain 15 or 20 lbs WITH the use of supplements. Keep in mind, I am not a true "hard gainer".

The thing about Jones is that he tried to lose all the muscle he had gained too fast within a short period of time. Jones didn't give himself proper time to bring the weight down.
Losing muscle is never good, whether it's natural or not. Usually when it is natural it is due to the effects of aging. Losing muscle no matter how you do it will negatively affect you.
Yeah but in say the case of Roy Jones it was 25 lbs of muscle but only 7 lbs in Mosley`s case. He made this decission some time ago so he`s been coming down gradually and i think it won`t effect him. It might actually make him faster!
Increasing muscle tissue is the body's way of adapting to the increased strain it has been under, when you lose the muscle mass this just means that the body is less able to cope with the same kind of strain for which it adapted. Converting from 100 metres to 800 in athletics will result in diminished muscle mass - but this is just the body adapting to a new discipline. You can have too much muscle mass for certain disciplines and this is what happened to Shane when he started to lose his speed, mobility and snap in his punches. If you're saying that radical muscle deteriotation is always bad then I agree - but 7lbs is not radical
hmm
Muscle breaks down naturally if you have been lifting to maintain an artificially high muscle mass and stop doing the work necessary to maintain it.

no
Mosley definitely bulked up too much when going up to 154 - but he claims he's laying off the weights - and I expect to see the best Mosley since DLH I.
You cannot just lose muscle though, not without severe repurcussions. The only way Mosley can make 147 is by losing muscle and/or dehydrating himself immensely. Either one will hurt his performance.
