i love the show but have to agree even a minute from each rd would be great. its actually worse than rocky (which i hate) ive seen all episodes upto sergio beating najal. its been exciting. great getting to know the fighters but aside from manfredo-gomez the fights have been too short & seemingly deceptive . notice how when they announce the winner they dont give the judges scores. just the decision. im not gonna change channel because it isnt perfect but surely i can say it needs improving if thier ever going to run a series i wanted to see more ishe-kaddour and sergio-najal

If you don't like it don't watch. Some of you guys sound like you watch the show just so you can then go on the internet and bitch about it. Get a fucking life. I would never sit through a show I didn't like just so I could complain about it later. Anyone who thought they would show the entire fights has a fucking screw loose. I think the reason why they dont show the fight in its entirety is because the fight is boring since some of the fighters are not as talented as the others. :p

They only got 1 hour to show the fight, and it's attracting lot of people from the general public...and i think it's fine, rockin1 likes it, lot of ppl like it, if u dont like it change the fuckin channel and quit fuckin complainin, i'm sorry the fights arent hagler-hearns, why would u wanna see the whole fuckin fight anyways, it would prolly be boring...

out of all my friends, I'm really the only one who would be considered a Boxing fanatic. Since this show started, all my friends have been watching it and loving it. I get phone calls every week asking if I watched the show yet. Considering the fact that I hate reality TV, I hadn't watched yet. That was until I decided to watch this past week for the first time. Well, I now remember why I hate reality TV. What a joke it was. I'm a Stallone fan and Sugar fan in the "real" world. I obviously love Boxing..but this might be the worst thing I've ever seen. I guess what bothers me about reality shows is they all seem so contrived. It's like watching a soap opera. I don't know about most of you, but I certainly wouldn't let someone film me talking about my personal life, etc. Be a man and take care of family business in private. Very exploitative in my view. The next time you see me watching that stupid show it will be getting very cold in hell.

The show fails at everything it was meant to do. It was meant, as said before, to bring boxing back into the public eye. This isn't getting the job done. It's not even 20 minutes that they'd be showing of a fight. Hell, even if they just edited less, and gave a full ten minutes of fighting. The last fight wasn't even 9 minutes long, they couldn't show the whole fucking thing, then flip to Ishe shouting, "STOP THE FIGHT!"? What the fuck? The show is FAR from perfect, and if you think it's perfect, you're a damned idiot. "I agree, theres too many editing to show family faces. Might have been better to extend the rounds a bit(what they show), have some commentator and flash to crowd/family now and then. I think its a great show though, I dont mind good reality TV shows and I love boxing so how can I not like this?" Yeah. I don't mind editing, but the last fight was so badly done. Every other second it was something outside the ring. It was pissing me off, because you can't tell what the fuck is going on in the fight. I don't see how this is supposed to draw fans into boxing, without showing a match.

i think the show is great. Theres no show out there that makes u feel for the contestants every week like this one

The show serves its purpose in that it gives more insight into the lives of the fighters. I enjoy the show and what it has to offer to the general public. This show was not made out to be a televised fight card. It has not been advertised as a fight card so why expect it to be? It is what it is. If you don't like it you certainly have the option to change the channel. As for myself, it is my favorite network show on right now and I'll catch it every week.

SHUT UP, AND SHOW THE FUCKING FIGHT, NOT THESE STUPID FUCKS OUT OF THE FIGHT!sd I need to go break something. I hope whoever decided to edit these things so much dies in a car accident, along with all the other dumbasses who worked on editing everything so badly. I agree completely.

bossante turned into a bitch anyway i like the show but you have to realize that its not a regular boxing card, its a reality show. nbc wants people to watch the show and right now the general public finds boxing boring, which is why they show only highlights

Bottomline if you like boxing and don't like reality TV you probably won't like this show because its made to draw alot of audiences not just boxing fans. its made to be a very bad reality TV show. there are many sucessful reality shows, this isnt one of them. this was supposed to blow away TheNextGreatChamp. the only way it beats that show is b/c of the talent, IMO. but because of the editing, the fights are just as boring.

Unless your a boxing fan, 5 rounds of unedited action is too much to watch without switching channels. The show targets the general public not just boxing fanatics. the general public isnt watching...so something neeeds to change. check the rating...they blow. whats wrong with having one episode showing backgrounds of fighters...setting up a full 5 round fight. this show is NOT just to entertain the public, but to get the general public back into watching boxing. i've watched the show with my parents back home, my g/f, with friends and they all say the same thing..."is this staged?"

I agree. I dont think itd be the worst thing in the world to actually show the 5 round fight in its entirety. I mean thats 20 mins total. maybe you can show the family's faces in between rounds and such. but its rediculous how they edit these fights...from the sound bites for punches to showing sly and SRL shouting every other punch.
