Ring magizine has sturm as the number 1 contender punks see they know there shit. in yr face. that guy brisson i think has some talent, of course chucky T isnt the greatest fighter either but he's a guy u can watch and i knew they raised the cruiserweight divsion to 200. good thing also i like it That last fight was sick. All that black guy had to do was step back and drop the straight right on the chin KO BY 1. Instead he was to worried about 1 punch shot. He let the white/Light mexican, Smother him. Should of been over in the first 2 rounds. The guy chucky T fought was to stiff and moved to blocky but still young.

i'm just glad to see some fucking boxing on tv... sometimes i feel like i'm the last person in the world who watches boxing, until i come on here... all of my friends are into baseball, football, etc. but none of them seem to care about boxing.

I thought this was going to be about Friday Night fights in general....so please excuse my somewhat off-topic response: I've grown more and more disillusioned with Friday Nights on ESPN2. The matches are often mis-matches, many of the fighters are just plain, outright FAT, and occasionally they have a female fight...what the fuck is that about? It's getting really old, and is doing harm to the sport itself. When they agree to televise a match, it's their responsibility to make sure it's a good matchup, and that both fighters are in shape on fight-night. Tonight's fights were a bunch of horseshit if you ask me.
