men follow courage!
that's why i'm a big morales' fan :)
barrera dont have the cojones to face his demons
that's why i consider erik morales the best mexican of this generation as well the second best on all mexican boxing history having julio cesar chavez as the very best!
He already is, you want to take him off the list cause he lost to Trinidad, in the greatest Mexico vs Puerto Rico fight ever, cause 70% of the Mexicans fighting now are American to your opinion, yet their still refferred as Mexicans. Fuck being PC, I'ma say Chirstmas, and keep telling it as it is.
Oh man, you are disgusting. Ask any Mexican boxing fan, not even 5% of us will tell you DLH is Mexican, or considered as one. Oscar doesn't want to be Mexican, it was just a PR move to enter the Latin market with Golden Boy Promotions.
I didn't even care, nor did the other 95% of Mexican boxing fans, when he was robbed against Tito. I actually loved it. Fuck DLH.
There are a lot of knowledgeable Ricans here who can tell you that the greatest Mexico vs Puerto Rico fight ever, our best ever vs your best ever, was Salvador Sanchez vs. Wilfredo Gomez. And you know who won that one. (Extreme, Machotime, you know I mean no disrespect with this post)
But more important, why do you have to make these forums your own personal place to spill your hatred towards Mexicans? I mean, did one of us banged your sister or something? You have a fixiation with Mexicans that used to bother me, but now only amuses me to no end.
Why does he go by the name "the Hawaiian Punch" instead of the Filipino Punch? I knew he was hawaiian, but this is the first I've heard about any filipion heritage or background
He announced that he was Filipino a few months back.
Simple. He lives in Hawaii. Everyone knows about the fruit punch, Hawaiian Punch. He's a fighter. So they use the metaphor like many other fighters do.
In fact, he's not the first Filipino fighter from Hawaii to use this.
I see..thanks for clarifying ;) lol, I had no idea he was filipino...and I like the guy! I should keep up better with the finer details :o

yea yo, he's 100% Filipno blood.
he call it Hawain Punch cuz he live there and gots pride where he live at.
While Viloria got his "Hawwain Punch" no one beats Pac's "Manila Ice" :D
so this is where they get arguments in. So according to jabsRstiff logic Viloria is American, yet if you ask ANY Filipino that know him, the automatic response would be "He's Filipino". :D

I think the best Mexican fighter ever was Salvador Sanchez, followed very closely by Julio Cesar Chavez.
I think Erik slightly has the wood over Barrera. I like both these guys ALOT, but I give the edge to Erik. He has wins over the guys Marco lost to - in Jones, Pacquiao. Plus he beat Marco in the first fight on my card, and the second. Marco clearly won the third. (Opinions differ on the 1st and 2nd, but I gave both to Erik). The you have wins over McCullough, In Jin Chi,Hernandez, Jesus Chavez. And to me - heart means a lot. And Erik has as much heart as any fighter in history...
So wait a second, lets say there is a American citizen that was born in China and raised in Germany, he gets his freak off with a Mexican citizen born in Egypt, but studied French history in Iraq. Now the lady gets all chubby and plops out a kid in a airplane flying over the border of North and South Korea......
Now what the hell does that make him/her?
More confused than Manny P.

i saw sanchez fight and morales is better than him :)
You clearly didn't see Sanchez fight. Not only was he way better than Morales, he was even better than Chavez himself. Chava is the best fighter my Country has ever produced.
The best Mexican boxer of this generation is Finito López, no question, with Marco Antonio Barrera a close second and Morales a very, very close third.

damn straight, merry fucking christmas, bro :fest30: :beerchug:
I don't think I said that.
But, I don't know if they're in the top 50, all time.
I'd have to think about that.
I've been a huge Trinidad fan since the day I saw him smoke Blocker.

Turd....
I'm one of the biggest Tito fans on this board.
How many Trinidad fights have you been to ? Probably two less than I.
I have been to two.
Also, I hate Oscar DeLaHoya...always have, & always will.
You're gettin close to gettin banned. Stop racist shyt in this website.
I didn't think it was racist, but it sure was funny. If I hurt your feelings, im sorry :bukkake:
but if you ask me, I'd say HE's MEXCIAN-AMERICAN.
I think that's the mistake you and Iwatch made. You want to call delahoya American, and Iwatch says he's Mexican :D!
Call him Mexican-American then and this settles it. You agree? :D
RIGHT....
But...my point is that he will not be remembered as a MEXICAN FIGHTER.
ask any Mexican what Oscar DeLaHoya is & they'll say "He isn't Mexican !"
but if you ask me, I'd say HE's MEXCIAN-AMERICAN.
