It was always funny hearing Merchant and Big George go at it during a telecast and, as was mentioned in an earlier post, Roy Jones took a shot at Merchant's lack of inside-the-ring experience during the Pac-Mor fight. Makes you wonder what they all think of each other off camera. it seems Merchant isn't anyone's favorite.

You're right. well this one wasnt directed to anyone but the commentator who did the mercer morrison fight after mercer won he said somethign liek well mercers KO isnt important but the fact we know that morrison is not the great white hope. somethign liek that it really pissed me off ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I just watched that fight again the other night ( taped it when it happened) and the guy did say something about him NOT being the great white hope. But he was the great white survivor that night, cause Mercer finally tagged him, got him out on his feet, and then reigned on him unmercifully, ( Hmmm....
