Green fight was the robbery that most say. I did not see the fight though. Yes it was a robbery. He was floored in the 2nd round. Floored Green 2 times in the 3rd, and had was penalized a point in the 11th. He won basically every round other than the 2nd and 11th. Judges scoring was so close that it reinforces certain Ideas about questionable scoring. His next fight was the rematch with Green. He made him look like the burglar he was. Beat him EVERY damn round, and that was awesome. Things started to snowball downhill after he demolished the old Roberto Duran though. He became a "percieved looser" at that point. :rolleyes: And on that note about Duran, Joppy did not want to fight him. He just has never ducked anyone. Roberto was DESERVED of another shot in the general public's opinion, and Joppy had to give him that. Roberto was calling him all sorts of names, like "chicken" and "wimp" etc. Yeah right. Be quiet old man. :) At least Duran keeps getting shots no matter how old he is :rolleyes: and I love what Roberto has done for the sport, it is just: "walks like one, clucks like one, must be" scenario. The thing is that I don't think that Wright has the style to school Trinidad. First, because he comes forward and even though he has a very good torso defense, fighting in front of Trinidad will be a huge mistake. Second, he does not have enough power to keep Trinidad at bay. Last but not least, Trinidad never had trouble with southpaws. Having exposed my thoughts, I must finish by stating that the best that Wright could get would be a close decision.

the one about Wright schooling Trinidad made no sense. Even if Wright gets the win ( something that I doubt), it would not be a boxing lesson. Maybe a close decision would be the worst case scenario. Please excuse B-hop + my previous antics. As far as our business goes. I am one of those who feels that Winky will "pull and upset" on Trinidad. His defensive skills are the best in boxing, and stands as good a chance as anyone at making Tito look 1 dimmensional by using his skill. He will catch Tito's punches IMO and win a unanimous decison. I actually think he will win "deciseivly". Opinions are what make these types of discussions interesting. Especially when actually formulated into something other than a one liner, like provided by our previous poster friend.
