I've seen he's knocked out every single opponent as a light heavyweight....i don't know much about him n never seen him fight so this might sound stupid..but could he had been one of the greatest at light heavyweight
he made good money and became world champ at heavy , carreer wise that was a smart move.
he didnt look like a big light HW , i think he could have stayed here for his whole career , cruiserweight was a useless division at the time.
Totally agree tonytucker. Instead of heavyweight, Moorer should have stuck at Crusierweight. The division was weak with Holyfield`s departure and he could have reigned there for years untill he grew too big for making the weight. However, as Moorer stated before the first Holyfield fight, it wsn`t just weight issues that made him venture to heavyweight, he knew the money was there too! Even so though, it would have been interesting to see Moorer`s successes at crusierweight!
Moorer easily could have racked up a historical record at light heavy with his power and southpaw stance. The problem was that there was no way in hell that he was going to be ddisciplined enought to continue making weight.
