Hey Wlad haters!, Ask yourself this...

Wladimir is a fighter who has alot to prove. He has 3 losses, that he has yet to avenge. In comparison to Lewis, yes Lewis has 2 losses by K.O....however he avenged those losses in impressive fashion. Wladimir seems to have stamina problems as of late, and they are becoming progressive with every fight. He has also lost a great deal of confidence in the ring, as well as having been "exposed" by slick hard punching fighters. There is no question he was a great fighter, However; as shallow as the HW division is right now...I still dont see him winning a title. The best shot he has is a rematch with byrd, and that is definitely not going to happen. Chris Byrd's sights are on a unification bout. This is an old argument. I am a fan of Wladimir Klitschko. I don't know if he will ever live up to the original expectations of being the heir apparent to Lennox Lewis. At this point, it sure doesn't look like he will. Having said that, countless champions have been knocked out, many have made successful come backs and many have not. I just don't think it's fair to say a guy should retire for getting knocked out when other fighters (Lewis, Tyson, Ali, and countless many others) get KO'ed and it's just a bump in the road of their careers. With Wladimir being 28 or 29 years old and still has his wits about him, it would be ridiculous to suggest that he should retire at this point. He may not be the best out there, but he has accomplished enough and earned the right to attempt a comeback.Those that don't agree have clearly formed their opinion without regard for boxing and solely on personal preference. In other words, they are bias. In some of Wlad's fights, he kicks the crap out of his opponent and punches himself out (Brewster, Purity, T.O.S.). If he had the ref from the Cotto/Corley fight, he would have only one loss. Sanders is the only one ever to knock Wlad literally out. In regards to Lewis, There is nothing wrong with making a comparison between Lewis and Wladimir. Lewis was good in the mid 90’s, but he wasn’t a God. Besides getting knocked literally out twice, he had his faults. They say Lewis dropped the WBA and IBF belts because there was more money and fan interest in other fights. Yet Lewis retired rather than rematch Vitali for a boat load of money and tremendous fan interest. It doesn't take a psychiatrist to figure that one out. Are you fooled?

I have been saying for months that wlad is far from done.I hope Byrd take the rematch. Yeah, I do too, Byrd and his fans have talked so much trash in spite of the one-sided fight that took place last time. Byrd has come up with plenty of excuses for his fights, I don't know why nobody jumps on him.

Listening to people justify every single one of Wladimir's losses, is similar in nature to Tyson. When Wlad loses, its because of malnutrition, foul-play, or some other circumstance. For Tyson, it might be an "injury", or the classic: "if he trained" statement. yeah, unlike the wlad haters, i do think wlad has all the tools to stil be the "heir apparent"..... but also, unlike the wlad lovers, i believ he's a changed fighter from before the sanders and brewster loss and needs some rebuilding fights against guys like cley bey, harris or oleg.... Well im a klitschko nuthugger and i agree that the sanders fight has changed him a lot. A confident wlad would whop tos silly and ko him in 2 rounds.

i like wlad, but until there's proof that something illegal happened against brewster, i'll have to say he folded from fatigue and pressure, most of it mental.... i know wlad threw just as many or more punches in other fights, but this was after the sanders KO and brewster to his credit, took an ass whippin and kept coming... i think wlad just punched himself out... i also don't think wlad's chin is as bad people say, he's only been KO'd by punches once IMO... he doesnt have a steel chin, but its not glass either... lewis never had a great chin either.... I think wlad should take a few confidence building fights, get things rolling again... he doesn't need the byrd fight right now, he's still young and has time... I think he can win the Byrd fight (especially in Germany). The way the first fight went, and the fact that Byrd is on the slide as well will see Vlad victorius. However I do think that the fight could come too soon for him. His confidence must be pretty low at the moment. The win against Williamson probably did more harm than good. I hope he does regain his confidence as I rate him highly and I think he can still be a major force in the division

Hey Wlad haters..... There was definitely something strange about the Brewster fight. I'm not saying for sure that another person was to to blame but there was something physically wrong with Wlad on that night and it wasn't as simple as him having punched himself out. He has never looked that exhausted and drained in a fight before. You right, KA. Maybe too much sex and drugs the night before. Acting a lot like us after a long night with a bad hangover.
