Not sure about cotto chin threads, but after last night...everyone wants to see him get really tested by a better fighter. If a guy coming in at the weighn in at 137, and fighting 140 and give a 157 pounder trouble? makes you wonder if he is the real deal.

Guys he got hit on the temple and dazzed cause he didnt see the punch and he and everyone else under estimated how good corley is. he took soem good shots on the chin from corley though but the punch that wobbled him was on the temple. please let this be the last thread that was the words coto's chin in it plz?

This is not inregards of the dazed shot that he gave Cotto, but more of what would of happen if Corely was at proper weight? HBO was praising every shot Cotto thorw and landed. But Corely also landed some flush clean shots himself. But he was totally ignored from the commentators. Imagine someone at proper weight, proper as in the 140 weight class. If that was Gatti landed those clean shots.....good night Cotto. But overall, Corely is no joke. For a man to come in 17lbs lighter agians this oppenent, that was 3 lbs away from middleweight? need I say more. I am glad to see Larry giving him props? or was that Steward? at the end of the show that is. Larry and Manny was praising Corley more so than Cotto, it was Lampley who was riding high on the balls of Cotto. I also believe that Cotto wouldnt fight Gatti like he fought Corley. He had no respect for Corley and it showed and Gatti is known for brawling and if a boxer boxes his ass he will lose and thats what would Cotto would do. Corley landed a lot of great shots but they didnt look powerful not even if he was facing a lightweight, especially the punches he followed through with after that temple shot.
