Well i know some of you may not care
but recently i got in an argument,
with my dad who love boxing, about the
greatest mexican fighter of all time,
i mean you can make a case for Alot of them.
so what do you guys think
I dont care how many times he fights again.
Julio Cesar Chavez is done in my book. :(
and since Rick said there is some actuall Pro- Figthers that are members of the board, i hope one of them can tell this to JCC
I want to thank him for giving me and my family all those great moments i think was the greatest Mexican Fighter ever...
he really showed what a true warrior is..
i dont care what you say about the Taylor and Randall fights
to me he was the Greates.
Thanks JCC

Won WBC middlewieght title from Iran Barkley in Ring Magazines' fight of the year for 1989
Career Record 103-16 70KO's 1968-2001
I dont know who was the best Mexican fighter but Chavez first like 30 wins came fighting at the local Tijuana boxing club, and he actually had a loss there but its undocumented.
I like Chavez though I wish he would beaten De La Hoya to the ground when they fought if he did not get cut early he might have had a chance to break him down in the later rounds.
Finito Lopez was overlooked despite his skillz. JCC of course is the standard by which all Mexican fighters are compared to. Carlos Zarate was also sick. One of the most impressive Kayo records ever
nice, here's some karma..give this man some karma, get rid of that red bar, he likes el mariachi
;-) haha
:biggthump Thank you for the good karma. It's much appreciated, although I think it'll just about take an act of God to turn my red line blue. I'm like, minus two million, six hundred thousand and some odd reputation points. :banghead: Wow man! Those are some deadly ass punches you've got goin' in your signature. Rock On!!! :boxing:
The best Mexican fighter ever? Julio Ceasar Chavez! Best current? For me it's Marco Antonio Barrera. It's cool you guys like those flicks, man. My favorite dvd has El Mariachi on one side and Desperado on the other. The cat with the knives was ultra cool. :biggthump
