Are they fighting at 160 or 154? I thought it was at 160 but i also read somewhere that it was a championship fight.

I think out of all the Jr. Middle/Middleweights, Winky has the best style to give Tito alot of trouble. As long as he doesn't stay in front of him, he can win. Winky throws alot of jabs & punches. He's also a very smart boxer. You know he's gonna study what Bhops did & try to mimic that fight.
