I may watch this if it was on HBO, but if this was PPV, I would not spend 50 bucks on it. Maybe if this was on the undercard of Vitaly Rahman I would pay for it.

Byrd would win this absolutely boring eventless fight. Awwwww the thought of it cripples my brain.

I would think Byrd as long as he keeps the fight moving. Jones moved around and beat Ruiz BAD - no one sine Jones has moved - they have all fell into the Hug Trap. If Byrd laid on the the rope like he has been in his last couple fights I think Ruiz would win - but has any fight in history had the potencial to be such a boring fight?

man...i don't even wanna think about this fight...it'll b so damn boring...one guy running around the ring, the other one tryin to hug, hump, push...just terrible...

I would actually watch that fight, I hate Ruiz that much. I think Byrd beats either Ruiz or Toney easily, if he moves.

What do you guys think? These guys never seem to take on worthy opponents, and rarely hesitate to prove themselves hipocrites when running their mouths. Sure it would be boring, but at least we'd have one less bullshit champion out there. Of course for that very reason, I doubt DK would let it happen... I'm falling asleep just thinking about it.

Hugging is definitely the kryptonite of speed. Having a big sweaty Ruiz holding and pushing and hugging and kissing and rubbing and shiznit like he does takes a lot out of a man!! :eek: it's gotta be tough to be fast after dealing with all that.

I think Byrd would outbox Ruiz but it seems King is more favoring of Ruiz of late. Byrd wins and Ruiz gets the verdict.

I agree, I think Byrd woud frusterate Ruiz because of all his movement and quickness. I would´ve thought the same before I saw Byrd being caught by "speedy" McCline :eek: . I´d still favor him, but is he still quick enough to avoid Ruiz´ wrestle attacks??? That will be the key question... .
