eh well. johnson has lost 9 fights. tarver had lost 2, both which he could have won or had a legitmate excuse for. if tarver doesnt win its not about how good johnson is, its about how overrated tarver was which also comes in to play with how good roy reallly is/was

Good fight between two solid pros. I think it will be a close fight with Tarver being just a bit more active late. I look for a split decision for Tarver. good job boxing, letting the two best fighters in the division prove what we already know...belts don't mean shit!

Johnson UD or SD

I think Johnson will out work Tarver over 12 rounds to pull out a close majority decision.(I think one judge will have it a draw, it will be a close fight)

Tarver UD. He's not great but Johnson's pretty limited and didn't get past Clinton Woods by much, who's no superstar.

I think Tarver will get a sloppy disputable decision. Tarver actually thinks he is a superstar....he isn't. He will underestimate Johnson and end up getting into a tough fight he dosen't want. Johnson is no world beater, but he takes his job seriously and is durable. Tarver wants to look good, it isn't going to happen. Tarver waited too long to fight and had got too comfortable. I don't think he is taking this serious. Just a gut feeling more than anything.
