Honestly.... Honestly, i think tarver needs to fight a few more fights; before we can really decide if he's a true light weight champ. First of all, he doesn't have a very big record for a champion. Second, when he beat Ko'd roy; i believe roy wasn't the true RJJ of the past. Plus, I think Glen Johnson will give Tarver a run for his money on the 18th. Johnson's the more hungrier out of the 2. Back to your question, I believe Tito would catch'em late.

You think Tito would be too strong, cmon man! We are talking Tarver right the guy who ko'd HArding and Jones, ya know the 175 pound guy. I think you are thinking of Antonio luis Tarver...he is only a lightweight and he is still very young, he would be at a huge disadvantage as you say against Tito.
