Like PBDS said styles make fights. The fact that Wlad has a suspect chin and defense won't matter against Byrd's soft punches. If Wlad comes out controlled like he was against TOS and not like he was in the Brewster fight, I don't see why this fight wouldn't be similar to their first one. The only chance Byrd has at winning this fight is for Wlad to punch himself out. It seems like they (Manny and Wlad) learned their lesson from the Brewster fight by the way they conducted themselves during the TOS fight, so it doesn't seem very likely that Wlad would punch himself out again.
Wlad beats byrd the same way he did before. Byrd deserves respect, but like you said, styles makes fights, and Byrd is perfect of Wlad. Wlad by Majority decision or late TKO
the Brewster fight really was a disaster for Wladdy, he thought lemon is a bum with no heart and an easy KO, so he put everything he had into the first four rounds because he probably thought, if Brewster lasts that long it'll be a miracle. However, Brewster instead turned out to be a bum with lots of heart, he wouldn' stay down. Looking at Brewster's record, it's mistake anyone would have made going into a fight with him - the only thing Brewster had done at that point was to win a bronze medal at the olympics. But underestimating Brewster cost Wladddy his confidence, now he's in a world of shit. He's stronger than Byrd, but he may think he's slipping. His lack of belief in himself will give Byrd chances to outwork and decision him if they meet again now
Wlad may well be gun-shy, but definitely not against Byrd. Wlad will easily win by UD. Wlad is a very skillful boxer. If he learns to control his mind, he will be unstoppable. He needs to fight much more, win or loose, but just fight as much as he can.

Brewster never competed in the Olympics, he turned pro after winning the Golden Glove (U.S amateur) championship.

I still have no idea why people insist on saying he has no confidence in himself.

if the same wlad shows up who fought brewster, byrd wins.but if wlad shows up like he did the first time 'round then wlad wins. to me the first situation is more likely
i thought wlad was fighting the perfect fight, he was whooping brewster even knocked him down, but he got tired to quick, i still believe wlad is one of the top heavyweights in the division, hes my favorite heavyweight

in their next fight or the next one, who would win?
...Even with shot confidence(if thats the case) Wlad would easily defeat Byrd. Styles make fights and Byrd has no style and can't fight. I would be surprised if Wlad didn't knock him cold.
