Here is why Tito is ducking Hakkar

Hakkar's incredible speed and movement will be way to much for Tito to handle. After Hakkar runs circles's around the ring for 10 rounds without throwing a punch, Tito gets tired from chasing him and Hakkar moves in for the kill, by making Tito think he's going to fisnish him, but in fact right as Hakkar gets close enough to throw a punch for the first time in the fight, he takes off running again. You might be right after all. Hakkar is the best mover in the division, only that he does not throw punches. Maybe track & field would suit him better.
