All right, I guess I'm a Klit hater...

Vitali is the best of a bad bunch, big, strong, heavyhanded but limited skills. For every glaring positve he has you can see one of his glaring limits. His win over Johnson is nothing to shout about, Johnson was like a bloated pig he didn't deserve to get paid turning up like that, 'elite athlete' my arse all the average athletes would be insulted by the way kirk showed up. Sanders was dangerous for a round or two but like others have said semi retired. He looked good against lewis but at the end of the day the scorecards don't mean shit - ask Mr Taylor about the scorecards. Also that fight was still up in the air I felt either one could of won (barring the fact that Klit was cut to ribbons!) Like I said before HE IS THE BEST out there IMO but the best of a bad bunch so nothing to get too excited about

Again you don't know what your talking about, I DO dislike Wlad but not for the reasons that you claim that I do, I dislike him for the reasons that I have already stated. Why do you always want me to adress these questions, that you just all of a sudden come up with? However I will try to answer your question. Ok, your right the Klits are the most accomplished big men in the HW division. However this does not speak to their skill, it speaks to the lack of skill in the HW division around them. The other big men in the division are for the most part absolutely terrible. The heir to the HW crown, Wlad, has truly been exposed, he lost to an outta shape, semi retired, but dangerous golfer,and then to the pathetic Lamon Brewster, and then was put down by TOS who can punch but thats it. Before his lost to Sanders Wlad was beating the best out there, but now he is struggling with bums. The old Wlad was an explosive puncher who had a tremendous jab but this Wlad is dead and gone.This why I say Wlad is finished. He just isn't the same fighter anymore. Vitali on the other hand is a man who commnands more of my respect. While I mark him down for quitting against Byrd, he is a HW destroyer. The man's skills are average and he looks awkard but he his a fairly smart fighter and uses his height well, he also doesn't outpunch himself like his little bro. I also give Vitali much respect for fighting the red hot guy in the division right now, Danny Williams, thats how your supposed to start off your title reign. After he beats Williams I expect Vitali to try and unify.When he and Byrd meet again, the winner will be the true champion. Thats about as fair as an assement as I can give both Klits. You are really over inflating the greatestness of Wlad pre-Sanders. He wasn't beating the best out there, but he was winning in convincing fashion against good competition, which is exactly what he was doing against TOS besides the KD. How does someone who has no heart come back to win a round on every judges scorecard in which he is KD? Shouldn't he have just given up and thrown in the towel since he has no heart?

The weight makes a hell of alot of a difference. Just 5 pounds makes me feel sluggish.

"When you are an elite fighter, that much wieght difference should not matter." You are kidding, right ? When you're facing another world class fighter....you better be in goddamned best shape of your life. Kirk Johnson was in the WORST shape of his life.

Vitali doesn't outbox, he uses his average skills and his size to their greatest advantages. Thats how he was able to handle Byrd. Byrd is a much more skilled fighter than Vitali but Vitali's size and power really played a role in that fight. Vitali outmuscles,overpoweers, and yes at times out boxes fighters but on the whole he wins with his size. I seem to recall Vitali soundly thrashing the #1 contender Kirk Johnson, a man who had never even been knocked down before, much less knocked out. And dont play the "he was out of shape" card. When you are an elite fighter, that much wieght difference should not matter. Stop hating Vitali and get used to the idea of him as a legitamite champ.

I do have respect for Vitali though, he is head and shoulders above his brother, in terms of his ability as a fighter. Yes he did, and someone who posts on this board is a very bitter man because of it. You have no idea what your talking about. I have said a billion times Byrd got beat by Wlad, period. You think because I don't like Wlad, it is because he beat Byrd, well your wrong. I don't like Wlad because of his fans like you who think that he is a god or something. I don't like Wlad because he has no heart. I don't like Wlad because he has no chin. I don't like Wlad because he is afraid to get hit. In the ring the best man has to win on that particular night, and Wlad beat Byrd that night, this is not the reason I dislike Wlad.

Shouldn't you be more of a Ibeabuchi hater? Why doesn't Byrd fight at cruiserweight or light heavy? He would still have the speed and skills but he would be just as strong as his opponents. I think he could rule either one of those divisions.

you're actually comparing wlad to lennox? wlad hasnt accomplished anything near to lennox or his brother. i dont think he was comparing them, just putting them into a "big guys who can box" category. Wlad has no stamina, chin, or heart, but the guy sure can box. when he's not tired or getting hit in the face that is :D

I Give Vitalia credit that he can box, and can take a hit, but he has yet to accomplish greatness, like Ali, Foreman, Frazier, Johnson, Lewis and Holyfield. They were all respect and great champs. Have a look at their records and see some of the names on their hit lists. there are some big names there. Now lets stroll over and have a look at VK's list shall we. Ok. He's beaten Sanders - Whoopie! and the only other 2 noticable names on his list are. Lewis - Wait a minute didn't he lose that fight. Byrd - Wait a minute didn't he lose that one too. And don't give me this bullshit that he was winning the fight, when it was stopped, he stopped the fight on his own accord. Rocky Marciano, Kostya Tszyu, Jeff Fenech, Evander Holyfield, giys like this hve all fought with broken hands fingers and bones respectively, so why couldn't Vitali stay away for the last couple of rounds. The reason People Question him and his ability, is because along with ability, you need heart, and he needs alot more to be one of the greats. And he is in his 30's so, he aint gettin any younger. Do we really have to get into the difference between those injuries again?
