TOS vs. Sam Peter

Jeremy Williams is garbage, too. I wouldn't say he's garbage, I would call him an under-achiever. He has a lot of talent and power too.

Peter reminds me a lot of Lawrence Clay-Bey. Both have good power and a heavy punch, but are to stocky and slow to ever amount to much. Come to think of it, this would be an excellent match up!!!

Sam Peter is one of this most overrated "prospects" I have ever kown of.... He is heavyhanded, & that's it. He's not a KO artist, his heavy hands move too slowly & with no snap. His skills are virtually non-existent. He doesn't even look to be in top condition. He's been compared to Ike Ibeabuchi, which is a supreme insult to Ike. Ike was a complete fighter. The only thing Peter has in common with Ike is his nationality. Peter would probably beat Williamson...BIG DEAL.

I also would love to see Wlad v. Peter. Peter's power is very overrated. If you can't KO glass chinned Shufford, then your power is overrated. Wlad should go after some easier fights like this (going after younger prospects like Barrett did) before he tries going for a belt.

True, but he has lot more improving to do than the guy to the left. The guy to the left has a glass chin and zero confidence,you can't improve those aspects. Anybody who bull rushes him is gonna KO him. People don't fear Wlad anymore because he's been exposed. Sam Peter on the other hand has proven he can take some good shots and his confidence is soaring. He's 24 and getting better with each fight. I'd like to see a Wlad-Peter matchup, both could make a statement with a win. Wlad could show he is back in the mix by beating a hard puncher who is undefeated or Sam Peter could prove he's a legit contendor with a victory over a former world champion.

No it was because he can't throw a straight right, and anyone with any talent and brain at all can avoid big looping right. What about Shufford as well? Pudar didn't want to fight? I would have loved to have seen TOS want to fight as much as Pudar did. Aren't you the one who always says Wlad is still young and can improve. Well Peter is only 24 so I think he can improve too.

I think Peter looked awkard and wasn't able to KO Pudar because Pudar didn't wanna fight or win, he just wanted to survive. People said the same thing about Tyson in his fights with James "Quick" Tillis and Mitch "Blood" Green. I'm not saying Peter has the talent of Tyson cause hes not even close, but he does have something similar to Tyson, punching power. Now Mike is the hardest puncher of all time, but Peter has got more power than most HWs so in that way I'm comparing the two. Rahman has been KOed out from the ring by a single punch. Does he have a bad chin? Probably not. A perfect punch by a good puncher almost inevitably causes a KO. The same happenned to TOS. I think TOS will win w/o much trouble. Samuel Peters looked bad in his fight with Pudar, or whatever the name was. TOS was knocked by Willie-Fucking-Chapman and Joe Mesi damn near killed him. No his problem was not "the perfect punch landing" its that he SUCKS

Peter who I feel is a rising star in the HW division. What do you all think about this fight? Peter is another overrated blackhope. He won't be a rising star ever. It doesn't matter how bad his chin if whenever Peter lands a big punch, he holds onto to him and has to be pulled off by the ref. Peter sucks. He looked very average against Pudar, and he couldn't finish off Shufford or Pudar. He is physically unable to throw a straight right. His power is also extremely overrated if he couldn't finish off Pudar or Shufford, so TOS's chin may not even be a factor in the fight.

Duva was saying how he offered the fight to Williamson.I hope this fight happens because it should be a good test for Peter who I feel is a rising star in the HW division.
