Is vargas finished?

i hope he can make tidal waves! we need more excitement. vargas has alot of talent. i agree he met tito a little too early. i think coming back at 160 will be better for him. i just hope his back holds up, more importantly i hope his chin does too. I keep reading about his back problems so I'm a little hesitant about getting excited about a return. Has this 'comeback' been made official? I'd love to see him after all this time

A guy who definately has talent but i think met tito too early on, from then on it was downhill for poor vargas.
