So now bernard is in the crossfire of being stripped...How convienent?

The new wbc ranking have came out today and the wbc rates trinidad #1 and the story is to try and get tito and bernard to fight each other in a rematch....While sturm is rated #1 for one of bernards other belts, I smell a whole bowl of *shut your mouth* stirring up....Also on a side note dlh is rated #1 at 154 (why?) and ahead of kofi jantuah at that once again (why?).... In other wbc news, juan carlos gomez wont go away even after a shocking defeat the wbc rates this fighter that proves speed does not equal power number 6 in their rankings this month after being knocked out by Yamplier Azcuy in the first round.... Ohh yeah Azcuy is ranked sixteenth... Just a nice post to fulfill you people on in from the wonderful and 100% trustworthy WBC.... My satire should give you my view on this...Now yours.

poor howard eastman,robbed again...what has he done to lose his no1 spot?(he was wbc no1 wasnt he?)...he is more deserving at a shot at hopkins than sturm n felix are. It's truely sad, i feel for Howard very much. It's things like this that will ruin his career. Don't get me wrong i would love to see a Bernard-Tito rematch but on a fairness level this is someones livelihood they are messing with by not giving him a shot. I hope he gets to fight Jermain or some other respectable name.

You'll find chilly i said he deserves a shot OR a name fighter, I never once said he was robbed, I don't think he would beat either Tito or X, but technically he's just as deserving as Sturm and Tito, he was no1 now he's no 2, anyways that's by the by now he's getting to fight for the mandatory against Taylor (no 3) so it looks like he IS getting his chance to justify his position

I think Bernard is NOT the greatest middleweight, maybe 5th, at best. He has been lucky to not have the type of competition the other great middleweights had in their day. However, that is not B-Hops fault. He did fight DLH and Trinidad but they can be considered blown-up welterweights, too. DLH more than Trinidad, tho. I say Jeff Lacy puts a beating on Hopkins the likes of which we haven't seen in decades. Imagine Tito - Mayorga but with Lacy whooping on Hopkins.

Out of all the alphabet belts, which one do you feel has more credibility? ring magazine (belt)....they're the only one's with any kind of credibility..and the sad thing is they don't count as far as fights are concerned, and making fights...

yea but remember this guy (hopkins) is like wine...dude gets better as he gets older...the hopkins that fought roy jones would have lost to tito and oscar..he's way better now..also he wont retire undefeated but as one of the best if he beat sturm and tito..and who knows if he goes up to fight tarver also hopkins lost to jones..but he wasnt ever hurt by him or stunned

Last time I checked Hopkins had already lost a few times. Just Roy after his first fight. I looked one time and the guy that beat Bernard in his X-ecutioner's debut only had 5 or 6 pro fights in his whole career.

They are all as bad as each other, super-champ, champion emiritus, no fighter can hold both wbo, wbc title at the same time, its all very smelly BS, they all want each belt to be held by a different fighter in each division so they can make the most coin.

Out of all the alphabet belts, which one do you feel has more credibility? I think the IBF is the best of the 4 right now, but that's probably just because they were under surveillance until last week for scandalous allegations. I'm sure they'll be back to normal in no time. On another thread, I discussed how the WBO seemed to be rapidly gaining credibility. Maybe it will not be a secondary title at some point, especially when the WBC ranks inactive fighters and the WBA strips the true champions and calls them super-champs and gives the belt to the winner of a bogus vacant title fight.
