Tito is back in style, KO win over Mayorga.WOW!!! 2 year layoff? WOW!!! Ring Rust???? Tito is back and hope to see him in action vs the likes of Winky,Mosley,Forest,Sturm and maybe Hopkins yup, makes you wonder why he wasnt rusty p.s. you owe me from the Hopkins/dlh fight so break with the points

That was the best fight I have seen in a long time. Fights like that are the reason why I like boxing so much. I was going fucking nuts the whole time!! Even though Tito had Mayorga hurt, Mayorga was still dangerous and was capable of KOing Tito at any point IMO. I was going fo Tito and I was so happy that he came back and looked so great in the fight. Mayorga is one tough, evil looking son of a bitch!! He took soo much punishment from Tito it was incredible Anyone else would have been KOed in the first 2 rounds from those shots he took. I was saying that he must have sold his sole to the devil or something to be able to get hit like that and still be able to throw those viscious bombs. Crazy Bastard!!! Im glad Tito's back! Great fucking fight!!!!! :eek:

It was a good fight but JMM vs PAC still fight of the year so far. Also Mayorga was a walking punching bag since round one. He was out on his feet many times but he doesnt move as much as other fighters to loose his balance. In round one where he let Tito hit him it was obvious he was hurt.

Everyone says this was a great fight, but could someone plz tell me how they think it compares to Ward-Gatti 1? thanx. I don't think it can be compared to any Gatti-Ward fight to be honest, i watched it yesterday and it's a really awesome fight fought at a very intensive pace. Definatly a fight of the year candidate in my opinion. Mayorga has earned more respect off me in defeat than he ever did in victory and i find that very sad. I'll post you the fight if you want it, i can burn it on to CD. It's worth seeing.

Was the fight shown anywhere in the UK Wez? I searched through all the Sky Channels but drew a blank. No the fight wasn't shown in the UK. We get the odd big venue but it's very rare. I was shocked that we got to see Bernard-Oscar, that was a nice treat. :D

Tito is the King and he has returned. I'm so happy to see he's still the fighter he was. I knew he would school Mayorga and make him look like an amature with his fighting skills. To generate explosive power in both hands is a very rare gift. His future looks very positive indeed. I like Tito because he is a overall very nice person outside of the ring, he's an ideal role model fighter.

The son of a bitch actually took Tito's hook TWICE in the first liek he said he would. I was fucking standing up! What a fight!

yeah i was goin for tito too, but was it me or did tito look powerless? he musta hit mayorga with atleast 10 good shots before mayorga even looked stunned. mad props for both guys. I think two things factor into that. Mayorga has one hell of a chin and it took Trinidad about four rounds to get his legs under him. It was more of Mayorga's chin though.

Definitely fight of the year. Trinidad was shakey in the first 4 rounds but once he really got his legs under him he started to do alot more damage.

WHAT A FIGHT! thats fight of the year hands down. Felix Trinidad looked better than ever against Mayorga. That was Hagler vs. Hearns almost 3 times over. Anyone that saw the fight saw one of the most exciting fights of all time. Although I was rooting Tito, we should all give Mayorga props for being tough as nails. What did you think?
