ANYONE who is calling DLH out and questioning his heart has never been in a boxing ring and taken a body shot plain and simple. Yeah right what ever you say Jose......no one is questioning his heart....his check was signed and he reasoned that it wasn't going to happen. He was getting tired and decided he'd rather not risk getting his face mucked up. He needs to work on his acting though...rather pedestrian performance.

The reason why I mentioned Manny's smile is this. Although he is smiling, do you really think he's happy with the situation he's in? I think DLH put on quite the performance when he was down. He was obviously looking to be put into a movie with that performance.Oh, Ok :) And that smiley's not Manny's either! Peace! :)

tha blow was cleaner then it looked he got him on tha button he got him in tha worse spot and he was prolly breathin in between but that was a clean blow It looked like that to you. To me it did not look hard or clean or anything that would warrant DLH's knockdown or knockout. And certainly not his overdramatic acting on the floor.

ya Ok I just watched that clip of the body punch. How the hell can that put someone out? It looked like Hopkins just went for a normal body punch and his wrist was a bit blocked by DLH and his glove tapped DLH's body. DLH was still standing after that punch then a delay then he goes down. Doesn't that seem strange? Anyway, if this fight was fixed I am no longer a DLH fan. tha blow was cleaner then it looked he got him on tha button he got him in tha worse spot and he was prolly breathin in between but that was a clean blow

Why does everyone assume you have to be bribed to take a dive? Perhaps he just gave up and realized that a liver punch is the most "excusable" of all KO's. The punch looked weak to me and Oscar had PANIC in his eyes in the previous two corner breaks. You may also notice that Bernard really started to quietly goad him verbally and this may have caused Delahoya to start looking for a "HOLLYWOOD" way out.....If he took a dive because he was convinced he had no way to win, that made him all the more a beaten man. If, yes, IF that is how it went, whoever would talk about THE De la Hoya HEART cannot be more than a dunce. :(
