BoxingScene.com has been advised that a deal has been reached between Warriors Boxing and Sampson Lewkowicz, for IBF super featherweight champion Rances Barthelemy (20-0, 12KOs) to defend his title against IBF #3 Fernando Saucedo (52-5-3, 8KOs) of Argentina. The date, venue and TV outlet is being finalized.

Saucedo, 32-years-old, is on a 14 fight win streak. His last defeat, in December of 2010, came at the hands of longtime featherweight ruler Chris John. That was Saucedo's only defeat since 2004, when he dropped a ten round decision to Acelino Freitas.

Barthelemy, 28, captured the title on July 10th with a twelve round unanimous decision over Argenis Mendez.
