A few weeks before the fight, actor Mark Wahlberg and rapper/music producer Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs wagered $250,000 on the Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Manny Pacquiao.

Wahlberg, who is close friends with Pacquiao and his trainer Freddie Roach, made the obvious pick.

Mayweather came out on top, winning a twelve round decision on May 2nd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

During an interview on The Dan Patrick Show, Walhberg said it wasn't Diddy who called him the following morning to shame him over the bet - it was Floyd himself.

Did Walhberg pay up on the bet? Not exactly. He pulled an interesting swerve on Diddy.

"You know, the first call I got at 5:00 in the morning, I thought was going to be from Diddy...it was from Floyd. And, you know, he's been rubbing it in ever since. But I gave Diddy $250,000 dollars worth of AQUAhydrate water, which Diddy and I co-own the company. We sent a truck over there and we got Freddie Roach to drive it over there and leave an 18 wheeler of AQUAhydrate water in front of his house," Wahlberg said.
