Tyson Fury added some trash talk while delivering a positive message to his 3.7 million Instagram followers Tuesday.

Fury offered details about his daily workouts, explained how that intense training has helped him both physically and mentally during the COVID-19 pandemic and made a prediction for his third fight against Deontay Wilder in a short video posted to his Instagram account.

“I absolutely love these workouts in the morning,” Fury said while trying to catch his breath. “Kept me going. Kept me going right through it all. Without these, I’d be in some struggle – I’ll tell you that. I’d be so depressed and so down and so anxious. Oof! But yeah, with these workouts, keeps me going, keeps me motivated every day. I’m training four times a day at the moment, four times a day. Whew! Sorry, it’s difficult. Circuits in the morning, followed by cardio, followed by weights, followed by cardio. Absolutely smashing it. Can’t wait to get back and smash Deontay Wilder’s face in again.”

The undefeated Fury is contractually committed to a third fight with Wilder whenever it’s reasonable to stage such an event in the aftermath of the coronavirus crisis.

Their third fight initially was supposed to take place July 20 at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, but it was tentatively rescheduled for October 3 soon after the boxing business was brought to a halt in the middle of March. Promoter Bob Arum has said recently that Fury-Wilder III could take place in November or December.

Re-scheduling their 12-round fight for Fury’s WBC heavyweight title will depend on when fans can attend it because it isn’t a fight Arum, Fury’s co-promoter, and Al Haymon, Wilder’s adviser, will stage without fans in attendance. Their rematch – which Fury won by seventh-round technical knockout February 22 at MGM Grand Garden Arena – generated almost $17 million in ticket revenue, a record for a heavyweight title fight in the state of Nevada.

Meanwhile, England’s Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs) is doing his best to stay in shape during this pandemic. He has posted numerous videos on Instagram from his workouts, most with his wife, Paris, by his side.

“We’ll see you all tomorrow,” Fury said. “Same time. What time is it, babe? [9 a.m.] Live action. Have a fantastic, safe day. Take it easy. Stay well. God bless. Stay positive. The most important thing, remember, is mental health month this month. Stay positive.”
